I bought a tempered glass hoop system about a month ago. I came outside one morning and it was shattered. I have no idea why or how but I imagine it was something on the mischievous side. I called up lifetime directly to see if they would allow me to just order the backboard. I didn’t expect anything to be under warranty because I don’t know how it happened. They let me know what I already knew by telling me there isn’t a warranty on the glass. Then they proceeded to ship me a new one as long as I paid shipping. Again I wasn’t asking or expecting this. I will not buy a basketball goal from another company.

The unit arrived looking OK but during installation I realized one of the parts was bent during shipping. Even though I purchased online through a sporting goods store, I dealt directly with Lifetime Products customer service, and with no hassle or hesitation she put in an order to ship me a replacement part. The representative was knowledgable and helpful at every step. I don't have a finished product yet as I'm awaiting the new part, but I can tell from what I have so far that the quality is very high and the installation instructions are clear.

I never installed an in-ground basketball goal before and I was worried about doing this one, but it was fairly easy to do with help from my brother. It works great and the kids love it. Only issue was the glass backboard frame protector had a dent in the plastic which was no big deal but life time replaced the piece with no issues.

I needed a replacement part and Kyle in customer service was exceptional. He went above and beyond to solve my problem, he actually noticed another issue in a photo I sent of my Basketball goal and initiated a replacement for that without me even asking! I already love the product, the excellent customer service was icing on the cake!

I purchased and installed this basketball system a few months ago. It seems to be of good quality and the instructions were easy to follow. I suggest you purchase a few additional bags of concrete to be certain you have enough to finish the job. I calculated the concrete requirements and purchased 3 additional bags in advance. Glad I did because I used it all.

Bought about a month ago and we have had so much fun playing. It was a bit of a bear to put up, but luckily had some strong friends to come help. Really glad that I bought crank down instead of quick release. It allows me to put at different heights.

We bought this and have really enjoyed using it kids and adults alike…the adjustable crank broke and we called Lifetime and they replaced it for free! Would highly recommend this system and Lifetime. Our customer service agent was very friendly and helpful. Looking forward to using this product for many years.

This is our 2nd Lifetime hoop. First hoop lasted so long, I didn't consider buying any other product when wanted to new one. My boys (college bball players now) dunk and hang on this thing all the time. Very pleased with the crank system, raises and lower the hoop with ease. Its all good quality components

The net was installed as per the instruction. Others have reviewed this saying it was wobbly. I took the chance thining it would be better than our movable one. This is significantly worse. The product looks nice, instruction were decent, but it shakes for atleast 30 seconds after every shot. Everyone that comes over to use it has noticed it. Terrible product

How can I give a review? This hoop was purchased (and charged to my credit card over a month ago) and I have yet to see it(?) I would sure love to test it out. Maybe one of the Jazz players will let me play hoops on theirs that was delivered during the pandemic - regular paying customers take a back seat.
