Just what we were looking for! Bought some file cabinets that didn't have the metal hanging frame and after doing a little research found Sam's was by far the cheapest! I was able to snap off the extra with my hands, only took 2 bends. Took about 15-20 minutes to assemble all 4 (I got 2 boxes). Each box comes with 2, so if you have a 4 drawer file cabinet you need to order 2 boxes. Would but again.

I needed to add files to the bottom of my desk at work. The file holder inserted easily and can be removed if I move to another desk. However, I didn't like having to break off the ends to get the exact measurement I wanted for this desk - what if I need a longer length at a different desk? I've been using this product for about nine weeks and it's holding up great!

It took me forever to find these at a decent price. Guess I should have checked Walmart first. The hangers worked perfectly and I'm sure will last as long as the file cabinet itself. The only complaint I had is that in order to shorten the side lengths you will need a hack saw. There are cutout marks on the metal in 1/2 inch increments where you can shorten the length to your exact specification. However, I found it impossible to bend the metal at these points without first scoring it with a hacksaw. I didn't need to cut all the way through. I just scored it and then it was weak enough so when I bent the metal, it bent and broke at the exact point I wanted. With the hacksaw scoring it was really easy. Once that was done, putting it together and putting it in the file drawers was a breeze.

The file is fine and it is doing what it is suppose to do. My problem after I get it home and tried to cut it off was that my drawer was way shorter then what the break off sections were. But my handy husband took it down stairs and put it in a vise and cut it off. Then I find out that the drawer is not a standard size letter drawer either. The rack fit but the file folders I am suppose to hang from the frame were just a little bit to wide, so I had to cut each of the file folders down to make it work. That my friends is not the racks fault, I guess I should have checked the size of the drawer first. OH WELL!!! LIVE and LEARN. P.S. The rack I bought is doing fine and no complaints.

I very much needed a hanging file folders frame for a very old metal file cabinet I recently acquired. Three of the four drawers already had these frames. So, I only needed one. After much research, the absolute best price I could find (locally or online) was this package offered through Sam's. Even though I didn't need a package of 2, it was much cheaper to buy than one anywhere else. As cheap as they were the shipping was immediate. The frames were the same brand as the old ones (about 60 to 80 years old) in my cabinet. Though there was a difference between the new and old (the old ones were solid metal, while the new ones used tubular shafts), each is just as sturdy as the other. The frame was quick to assemble to the full length of the long drawers of my cabinet. PERFECT! Again, Sam's has provided a great experience.

Frames fit well in file cabinet. If you have a shallow file cabinet you could easily bend the struts with pliers. Frames are quite sturdy and a great tool for helping me get things organized. And, MUCH better price than big box units. Buying through WalMart was tremendous - NO shipping costs to pick up at nearest WalMart, items were ready later then next day, picked up with no hassle at all. Great way to do business!

The Folder frame works wonderful. The ends that you can snap off to make make it fit came off without any problems. However it is a pain to get this product. The box they ship it in is very very flimsy. I ordered two of them and site to store lost one. The one they did have the box was open at both ends with all the stuff falling out. Luckly all the parts was there. I had to reordered the second one and had it shipped to my work. When I got it over half the product was missing. They are sending a replacement so I'm hope that all of it is in there. I would give this product a higher rating if the box wasn't so flimsy....

I needed a simple frame to hang files inside a built in desk drawer. I looked at several retailers and this one at Sam's was by far the best deal. Two of them for $7.54 and free delivery to my home! Can't beat that. Plus it arrived ahead of schedule. The drawer was smaller than the frame but I simply crimped the bars with a chisel and hammer and was able to bend them at the exact length I needed.

I have transformed an older filing cabinet into an efficiently working filing system. I work in a busy office that has several people using the only file cabinet that previously had files that were stacked against each other........ and NOT user friendly. The installation of these racks and hanging file folders has made a nearly impossible task much easier and faster! The total cost was a fraction of the cost of a new filing cabinet!

These were packed well and they are a very good item. They were also much less expensive than office supply stores, many of whom sell the same brand. I suppose it isn't possible for Walmart to stock every item, but, personally I don't like to wait for items to be shipped, and still have to go to the store to pick them up. Although, at this particular store, there is an actual "lounge" area in the front of the store where you can wait for an employee to bring the ordered item(s) to you. I also haven't gotten use to the idea that Walmart lets other people sell things on their web site, similar to what Amazon does. Just my personal opinion.
