Received a filing cabinet with parts missing. These were a good substitute for those missing parts. I had to shorten the top rails as the filing cabinet was not quite as deep as these were designed for but it was easy due to how these were put together and now they work well.

I bought this for a shorter drawer front to back. It was easy enough to trim and modify and worked out wonderfully. I would mention that the instructions are picture only. It looks like you need to mount the bar inside the screws, but you have to mount it outside the screws (actually easier to do).

It is sufficiently strong to hold a full load of folders and is long enough to fill even deep file drawers. Width is not adjustable to work with legal size folders. Is best if two people assemble it, but otherwise simple. Be careful with the sharp ends of the rails. Before you pay, open the box to make sure all eight pieces (2-pack) are present, especially if the ends are taped. I recommend this product.

I've only had this item for about a week, but what I noticed right away is that when I took it out of the packaging, the metal literally smelled like farts. I looked around my apartment and I couldn't find anything else that would smell like sewage. I got a little bit scared because it made me think that this metal was poisonous. I ended up putting on some gloves and wiping the metal with a damp paper towel. The water made the smell even worse, and a lots of black dye came off on the paper towel. The item itself works great once you get it into the drawer, but that initial smell was gross.

these were purchased but not really needed with this file cabinet.

Product arrived quickly, undamaged and was exactly as described. Couldn't ask for much more.

Had gone to an office supply store to purchase first. $35 for one. Searched internet and Sam's was best buy. Not sure if comparing apples to apples as far as quality, but these are strong and hold a drawerful of files!!

I like the frame for the folder as they now slide very nicely. This frame is very easy to set up. I had gotten the smallest size and it was a little too long. This can be solved by either cutting off the end or just folding it in. Very good product

More versatile that what they stock in the store because you can cut to fit. While it's pretty utilitarian in comparison, at least I got 2 for less than they charge for 1 and once it's in the drawer I'll probably never notice it anyway. Shipping to store was great and I when right to the back of the store to pick it up. Waited less time for pick up than I would have waited standing to pay at the checkstand. Great customer service at the on-line pick-up counter.
