I've had this TV for about three weeks. Since then I've gotten four updates which on the surface seems great, but...when you get an update, the notification just stays on the screen until you acknowledge it, then the next time you turn on the TV it takes a solid minute to load up. Next the magic remote is just meh. I'd prefer for the little cursor to not show up whenever I hit the back button or home button but what are you gonna do. The operating system in this thing is God awfully slow, like it needs to sit and think about what you want for a few seconds before it agrees. I don't expect super computer speeds at this price, but I kind of expect for when I click Netflix from the home screen that it does what I want with a sense of urgency. And the final nail in the coffin is the light bleed. It is absolutely terrible in dark scenes and super distracting. I'm more than likely going to return and stick with Samsung.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Yes, it is a beautiful TV but I haven't a clue how to operate it. I downloaded the Owners Manual and I cannot get past the first paragraph. Very complicated and hard. I guess I'll have to pay someone to show me how to work it. Because I can't work it, I am giving it a poor rating.

Love the size and picture. I do not like that I cannot attach my External machines.

Very Nice Smart TV, easy to set up, it is not heavy than other similar models.
