[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The screen is fantastic! I particularly love how there are multiple settings for adjusting contrast, brightness and so on. It allows us to use it any part of the day with clarity. Unfortunately, I find the home app and other apps to be a little buggy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this item 2mos ago and I am very satisfied. The picture is crystal clear, sound is very good and even better with an LG bar. I appreciate the existing apps and the ability to add more. In comparison to other 65" televisions, the price was a good one.

I was considering printing the manual for this TV. The one that I found on line has a black back ground with white letters. Here are my suggestions: 1 - Modify the format such that the back ground is white and the letters are black. This would use much less ink. 2 - Modify how you can review the file such that the customer can down load the entire manual in PDF and then give him the capability to pick and choose what he wants. The current set up makes him down load the manual in numerous sections and you just cannot do it by the click of the mouse. 3 - I find the mouse cursor just bounces around way too much and the software does not allow the user the flexability of adjusting that feature. By accident I am controlling my cursor by clicking and not scrolling. Not sure how I changed this feature but I am glad I did.

Our old tv was broken, we bought this LG tv and we are very happy with it. Before even taking it out of the box, we found it to be a great deal for it's price and class. Very light weight and very easy to set up and use. It also has a great picture quality.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We're loving our new LG 86” TV. With the sound bar and subwoofer purchased separately. It's like a cinema experience at home. Our only complaint is the remote. It would be nice if it had back lighting. You just can't see the buttons unless the lights are on. Also the remote it a bit difficult to navigate. Other than that we're happy with our purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this 4 months ago and we love it until one of the kick stand cracked on us, no idea what happen and the tv feel and crack a small corner of the screen. Everything is great just the warranty process takes a bit of time and still waiting on LG, but everything was great.

I purchased this TV a few months ago and it is larger and clearer than my previous plasma TV but the remote control is very touchy and confusing. In addition sometimes the sound does not play at all and the TV must be unplugged from power for a reboot to correct it. In summary, it was affordable and a good value, but it takes some getting used to.

The quality of picture and sound delivered from the TV is 5 star quality. Missing a star in this review because the remote is awkward. The main button to accept functions is also a scrolling ball (like a computer mouse) and if one is trying to click with the ball and slide a finger ever so slightly, the function of "mouse mode" kicks in and makes things harder for navigation. Also, with so much streaming content, I would have liked to see a clear rewind and fast forward button (maybe to work at 10/15 second intervals if pushed and differing speeds if held). Finally, if you're a gamer or have children who still watch DVDs (yes, DVDs) there aren't enough HDMI ports to support this. Ending on a positive note - we have our TV mounted to a wall and don't feel that we'll need a sound bar. The TV is 15 feet away from where we sit and we haven't felt the need to get a sound bar to support the TV, it's worked well for us.

Bought the TV it's nice. The learning curve is a little tough. I could not get the motor trend APP on the TV so had to attach a fire stick and that was an experience to learn how to get to the HDMI slot. Not having a book for directions is difficult. The only thing its missing is an over the air antenna.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought the tv in November 2022; worked fine for a few months. Now, we randomly don't get any sound when we turn it on from any input source ( at least twice a week) Only solution so far has been to unplug it for a few minutes a ne turn it back on
