I was considering printing the manual for this TV. The one that I found on line has a black back ground with white letters. Here are my suggestions: 1 - Modify the format such that the back ground is white and the letters are black. This would use much less ink. 2 - Modify how you can review the file such that the customer can down load the entire manual in PDF and then give him the capability to pick and choose what he wants. The current set up makes him down load the manual in numerous sections and you just cannot do it by the click of the mouse. 3 - I find the mouse cursor just bounces around way too much and the software does not allow the user the flexability of adjusting that feature. By accident I am controlling my cursor by clicking and not scrolling. Not sure how I changed this feature but I am glad I did.

We love our 75" 8000 series tv (from 2020) and got this one for our guest room. Great quality TV for the price however the new software has these forced ADs thought the home screen. You can turn some features off but there is still ads in the home screen area. Our 75" doesn't have this feature and is much more convenient to use because of this. Another thing is using the shared media app is a lot slower with the new TV than our 2 year old 75" which is also a disappointment. We are still happy with this TV but hope LG takes these critiques into consideration.

Bought my first 4K television and couldn't be happier. I was talking to some friends and got on the subject of 4K. I've seen the picture in the stores, but wasn't truly convinced until I talked with my friend that had the same television. The picture is INCREDIBLE! If you are a sports fan, to me that is the true test of how good a picture is...just AMAZING! I also bought a PS5 prior to the television and the graphics displayed on the television just POP! Price was right too, Great television to say the least..it's like my new best friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this LG tv about 3 weeks now. The colors are beautiful but some things are lacking on this. First of all, in order to get to the sleep timer you have to go through about 3 steps in the SETTINGS to get to the sleep timer. Why isn't that an instant option on the remote?? Secondly…. The menu and its smart remote are lagging… there's quite a delay getting through the menu. I don't know that I would have bought this television knowing these issues for me.

For the price point, the picture and sound of the tv is very good. Surprised at the sound quality, especially the base output. However, the software interface is laggy. It takes quite sometime for the menu to show up on screen after clicking the remote button. This makes for a sub-par experience.

We purchased this about a month ago and absolutely love it in all respects. The quality of the picture and sound are well beyond my expectations. We mounted it on an articulated TV mounting on the wall of the family room and it is a perfect fit We can see the screen clearly from all angles. All in all it was a premium buy. purchase

I bought this TV after having a VIZO....I like the features, to many to mention. I thought I would be able to get Local TV stations in the county I do have an outdoor antena. I do have internet but still struggling to get it set up.....I can rebuild and repair farm equipment, but struggling to set my TV up.

The screen and general features are very nice on this unit, especially at this price point. However, my issues with this model are with the software. The unit worked fine for 3 weeks and suddenly Wifi connectivity is basically unusable. I've had two unit behave exactly the same so I suspect a software update to be the cause. Also, the "Trending Now" feature of webOS is basically a stream of advertising that dominates the home screen. This feature needs to be removed or disabled.

The only complaint I have is the brightness can be difficult to finely tune especially with dark scenes. Overall though a solid TV, affordable and has great features/smart remote etc.
