Instead of having a simple OK ot SELECT button it has a tiny, hyper sensitive trac ball like feature that I simply cannot control. Thus is highly frustrating and is making it impossible to access streaming channels. I am going to have to reinstall my old Roku .

Love the TV. Nothing is wrong with it. The remote is hard to use. Volume button is on the middle so hard to find quick. It is easy to accidentally push other buttons and change the screen. It is also like a mouse so you need to move it slowly to get it to the exact spot on the tv to click instead of using arrow buttons.

Faster processor than I've there I've seen along the same lines and compatible with mounts and stands anywhere. Great value. Great product. Great price. Bought this tv couple months ago, and I'm really happy with this. It has many functions with it (YouTube,hulu, you name it). It has amazing tv quality! It does great job on reflecting sunlight (don't need to close the curtain to watch anymore). Sound quality is good too, but could be better at voice quality, personally.

I really do not like this system. I keeps forcing things on me, like LG channels, which are of zero interest. It is a learning curve how to do things like take the small screen image and make it full screen. I would like the TV to turn on to the channel it was on when closing, and it does not. It takes too many clicks to do anything.

I got it just in time for the National Championship game. I feel like I am on the field with the players. I already had an LG washer and dryer. The TV is a welcome addition to the family.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pros: fantastic user interface, easy to use remote, intuitive features and settings, built-in speakers are good enough that I didn't need a sound bar, easy to cast to from phones Cons: display doesn't get super bright which could be a problem if you typically have a lot of light in your TV room, little bit laggy when pulling up settings (navigating to them is not the issue, it's the speed) Neutrals: I got a 55”, I think a 50” would have been more than adequate for my small/mid-sized living room. Highly recommend visiting a local store to see both in person. If you don't know which size to get and find that you don't care/can't tell the difference, save a few bucks and get the 50”.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] been a while since i bought a tv. was advised to avoid buying QLED as the tv tech changes so quickly anymore. did opt for this and not disappointed. both HD & 4k come through brilliantly! miss having a manual to physically have in hand, but everything is online and easy to ref.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am impressed with the picture and the sound - been along time since we have bought a tv - our old one could look like a black and white compared to this one. The only question will be the integration of our receiver - having a little bit of problem connecting the sound to the system - going to get a toslink and that should do it. Works great the remote takes some learning curve - but what doesn't ?

We bought this tv to use in a family room. It is a great size and works on the house WiFi to connect to YouTube tv which is how we watch most of our local news and weather. It seems a little slower to load than the Roku stick I used on my older tv, but I can use Amazon prime to watch movies and other content, and easily use it for Netflix. What else do I want out of a tv?
