I bought a 86 inch TV didn't have legs and remote called lg they were nice enough to send my remote and legs but NO BOLTS to hold the legs on. I call and try to get the BOLTS that were missing and THEY WOULD NOT SEND THEM I think they are really PETTY company for some bolts so thanks for nothing!!!!!!!

Our old 42” was becoming a dinosaur. Beautiful color and very sharp picture. For me it was almost like being there. We did add a sound bar and that really improved the sound.. Very Happy with LG and great surprise from our boys.. Thanks LG!!?

The only complaint I have is the brightness can be difficult to finely tune especially with dark scenes. Overall though a solid TV, affordable and has great features/smart remote etc.

We've had the tv a couple of weeks now as it's our second LG tv. Everything is good except for the placement of the sleep timer. On our previous tv as soon as you press the settings button and scroll down you find the sleep timer. However, on the new tv it's buried like I said but you have to go through 4-5 menurs before reaching it. For a tv that's in my bedroom this is a pain to go through every night. Why LG why?? Make it easy on the customers.

I bought this about three weeks ago due to my old tv suddenly stopped having a picture. After getting this all set up which was really easy I have really enjoyed the picture quality and screen. My old TV was a LG as well and lasted for close to 7 years, I am hoping this one last just as long.

I received this TV for my birthday back in late May. I really like it, but have not yet learned how to connect it to my Wi-Fi to use all of the TV's features (I'm old! LOL!). It has a good picture and nice sound. I would most definitely recommend and will know more once I set it up with my Wf-Fi.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this TV to replace a bedroom TV. The picture quality is great. Set up was intuitive and streamlined. We have been using the TV for about a month and have been impressed. My only complaint is the lack of backlight on the remote . Since it is a bedroom TV it is usually dark in tge room and the remote is impossible to use. The lights have to be turned on often.
