The picture and sound are great on this LG. The picture comes on slowly and fades off slowly when turned off which is a nice feature. If it does as well as our other 2 LG tvs, we'll be very happy. Absolutely love the smart remote. You just can't beat a tv by LG.

I bought both TV's a year ago. The quality of the UQ8000 picture and sound is so similar that I have gone back and purchased another for my mother. I am streaming 4K to both TV's and have been extremely satisfied. For the price difference, this is my favorite TV and I will continue to highly recommend.

We bought this TV approximately three weeks ago. We don't use cable we just do streaming and it has much more to offer than we expected. There are more functional apps that we can use with just the wireless connection that we even knew about. The picture is great and the sound is much better than our old TV. We are very pleased with our purchase.

I have been using it for one week and the picture is great. The menu's for the app's are easy to use switching in puts is easy. The one drawback I have is the "Magic Remote" if you switch between things it automatticlay goes in to that mode and It makes it take longer than it should. If you could turn it off than I would say it is 5 stars

Honestly it's my first time time buying a LG tv and what I can say it's very please with the features and the pictures quality the tv has. Honestly everyone that lives in our home always rather watch movies in my tv instead of the one we have in the living room hahah thank you LG it was a good investment.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have bought the LG 86" TV 2 months ago, it is a very solid TV with good pictures. If you like it brighter, you can adjust it to vivid. We are very satisfy with it. It outperform the Japanese name brand TV we have owned. Plus compare with the Japanese TV, the price is way cheaper. We highly recommend it to any people who is on the market for a TV.

I have owned this tv for several weeks. It has a terrific picture from direct in front, which is fine for us as this is a kitchen tv. If I had to view it from an angle it would not be as good. The operating system on the whole id very flexible, but slow. on occasion I have put in entries twice thinking it was not responding. Generally the streaming capabilities are adequate. This is certainly a good buy at this price level and comparable to other major brands.

We are Roku users (vs. Android TV users), and this set is a very good $k LCD alternative.. An OLED display (whatever the current terminology) would be better, but it would also be a lot more expensive. The optical audio works perfectly with my LG sound bar. I am very satisfied.

We had a similar 65 LG on the wall prior to this model. An accidental battery popped put of a remote and broke the last one. We were looking for the same size and comparable vesa pattern and position for no rearranging of course. This model was perfect! Not only was it very similar to the last model, but all the functions were the same. Also, this one had a magic remote, which is a big plus! The only issue I have, is the time it takes to load the home screen and settings menu. For some reason this tv is way slower than the older one in this department. Other than that, it's 5 stars for me.
