[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was my first "Smart TV" purchase. It was very easy to unpack and install the base. I was surprised when the setup was mostly automatic. It automatically recognized my cable box and my DVD player. The entire setup process took about 20 minutes. I am still learning the various features included on the TV, but love it so far.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought our TV because we've had great experience with LG products but unfortunately we think we got a lemon. There is a fuzziness around objects and viewing sports is especially bad as motion is blocky. Color is also off. We are waiting on a technician to see if it can get fixed but we still haven't heard back from anyone and I've tried to troubleshoot with new cables and settings.

I bought the TV last year. I have been very happy with its performance, value and quality. My only complaint, would be the enter/role button. Sometimes when you are trying to push to enter it will roll up or down if you don't push straight down on the button. I do like everything else about the remote.Overall, a great purchase!an amazing TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my LG tv but the software is somewhat difficult to use. The remote does not fit comfortably in my hand and the position of the buttons on the remote are not easily accessible. The sound is not very loud.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the TV. Fabulous picture, even looks 3D sometimes. However, I had an issue signing into my LG account. Therefore, I could not download or update apps. For some reason, it took 2 weeks to resolve this issue.

I'm not gonna lie, the Web feature using a mouse on the remote seemed a lil intimidating the first day but once you comprehend the button features all is fine! The best picture I have ever seen on a TV! Great price, Excellent sounds with the built in speakers, I do y even need the surround sound!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this as a Christmas present. The size is perfect for a bedroom and I like the red light that comes on when it's powered off. The 4K picture looks very sharp when it's playing something from Netflix or Youtube but for some reason, the picture doesn't look HD with a DirecTV signal. The picture is not HD even though my DirecTV signal is HD. I called LG and they remotely set my TV to Vivid which brightens the picture but doesn't affect the sharpness..Also, there appears to be white spots in the screen in the black areas which is puzzling to me. I even checked to see if there may have been a plastic film on the screen from the factory. The on screen cursor in the remote is an excellent feature. No need for rewind and fast forward buttons.

I really like this tv, it's the biggest and best I've ever owned. However, it can be quite dark in a room with lots of lights, usually natural light. This was mitigated by getting some curtains on the windows though. Great tv and it was a great deal for me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] While my family is pretty happy with the TV, I as a blind user am not happy with it. the built-in screen reader needs to be improved; at this time, you get very limited information. Voice command functionality is also very slow.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] TV picture is great and sound is OK. The only complaint from my wife is that she doesn't like the remote. It's easy to get used to however. This is my second one that I've bought and have my eye on a larger model for our great room which shows that I would recommend. The kids will have no problems with remote :)
