Mashed potatoes were good, the meat was extra tough! You could chew all the flavor out of it and wind up with a huge ball of fat in your mouth.... Yuck! Will not buy again.

I wish I read the reviews before I purchased this item. The meat was basically uneatable. I didn't add the extra sauce, so it wasn't too sweet, but the meat was low quality and had no taste.

couple bites might be medium well...maybe a piece will be at well. So as a well done person this ain't happening. There is known bacterial infections from undercooked pork and chicken ..I'm sure the same is true for beef and if not , it doesn't taste better to me.

I thought this sounded good, I have 4 very picky teenage daughters so was a little apprehensive. My girls and I loved it! The tips could have done with being a little smaller so the taste was more evenly spread. I also added some Kerrygold butter mixed with grated sharp ceddar to the potatoes as is usual for us with mashed potatoes. I am disabled and so always looking for items I can add to our family menu that are relatively easy for me to prepare. This one got 5 YES votes to be added to my monthly Sams List, which for my house is unusual.

We love the pre made meals, this was a new one we haven't tried. Mashed potatoes really good, we liked the sauce on the meat. Half of the meat was tender, the half I couldn't chew. Hard gristle in some. We will stick to others we enjoy and won't get this one again.

This is neither Bourbon "glazed" Beef or Beef Tips and "gravy," which is what the sign alludes to. Either way, you slice it. This dish is disgusting!!! The cost is higher but for a prepared meal fine. But it is downright, nasty! The "beef" tastes like old, really old, cheaply made Beef jerky like about to go bad. The "glaze/gravy" is neither glazed nor gravy it is just a sweet, super sweet icky yuck. Like someone dumped High Fructose syrup into a Bag of Sugar and called it good. I would not buy this ever again.

Absolutely love this dish. The one we got was flavorful, the meat was tender and the potatoes fluffy. I added a bit more garlic to the potatoes, but I really liked the sauce. Like many have said, it is sweet, but it was just right for me. I will definitely be purchasing this again.

Pretty sure the reason this prepared meal isn't very expensive is for a couple reasons #1 being sirloin is a tough cut and #2 the rest of the ingredients are cheap and odd tasting. Charge about $5-$6 more and add a better cut of beef and rethink the sauce and potatoes. The sauce needs more tang and the potatoes should be whipped (no skin) and add some better ingredients, no chives(?) I liked the garlic idea but didn't taste much of it in the potatoes.

The mashed potatoes were pretty good. The meat was tender and good. The sauce was way too sweet and had an odd taste. I had to scrape it off the meat to finish eating it. I wouldn't purchase it again. I recommend they make it a savory gravy, then it would be tasty.

The potatoes & chunks of beef were tender enough, but the sauce used was too thick & sweet. It has a different flavor to make you think of bourbon, but it obviously is not. We will wash off the sauce & maybe try some bbq sauce on it for next time we eat it.
