[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Been using Tide as long as I can remember. I've tried all the other detergents and I always come back to Tide. Tide always gets the wash clean without the need for bleach and it never causes any allergic reactions in my dogs or myself.

I also own a front loader-Whirlpool DUET. I have been using TIDE HE for two years. I LOVE the way it makes my clothes smell. It brings back memories of childhood, TIDE was all my mother used. But the TIDE HE with bleach is hard to find where I shop, wish I could find that one also.

I do not like the new scent! I have used Tide original all of my adult life. I even grew up with it because its what my mother used. The new scent is not pleasant and fresh smelling. It is very overwhelming. I have started looking for something different.

I have used it several times to wash bedding, towels, and clothes. All of my stains successfully came out and I especially liked the clean, fresh smell of the detergent. I would definitely recommend this product!

I used Tide detergent exclusively for decades. I was pleased with how well it cleaned and the pleasing scent. The new “original” scent is a dealbreaker. It is way too strong and not pleasing to smell. It is ridiculous label this scent as original. I would not have purchased it if I realized I had changed it. Here's an idea: leave the original as the actual original. Make other, new scents and label them as something else. Let supply and demand determine whether you continue to make this new awful scent. It is a shame to run off lifetime customers.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this Tide original. It cleans so well as well as making all out stuff smell super clean. I love the scent and it makes me think that our clothes are really clean. Easy to pour and doesn't make a mess. Great product!

You changed the Original scent, and it's horrible, just like everyone here has pointed out. Then you told us to buy the updated Mountain Spring scent, which does smell like the original Original. And now that's gone. What's up P&G? I'm not sure who you're testing your scents with, but perhaps its time to start sampling the general public. Most of your scents are terrible. If it weren't for the fact that Tide performs better than most other detergents on the market, I'd be dumping you altogether. I've switched to Free & Gentle; honestly, though, I like a little bit of fresh (not nauseating) scent when I do laundry, and it's disappointing you keep missing the mark there.

I will say that I like some of the other Tide options better like the Tide with Oxi and Tide with Febreeze to give a little extra cleaning and clean smell. However, Tide Original still does the job well to thoroughly clean my clothes and keep whites white as well as colors colorful!
