[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] All of my life, I have purchased the cheapest brand detergents. Until recently, I tried Tide. WOW! What a product. Worth every penny. The scent alone is rich and fresh. And the smell stays with clothes days after the wash. Cleaning power is amazing as well. In the long run, it's not much more expensive than the cheap brand I was buying---if you factor that you use a lot less of this product (1 bar on the cap), saves you time in re-washing or manual scrubbing, and the fact that this will make your clothes last longer.

The laundry detergent removes stains and adds freshness to the clothing. It makes laundry very easy to do especially with the measuring cup. I recommend this product.

Tide Original Scent Liquid I have been using Tide forever as a matter of fact my mom used it as well. I like Tide because it is a well known brand that has been around forever. The price is a little high but it gets your clothes really clean and fresh.

Why? Just a simple question...why take a product that has decades of success and make such a radical change to the scent profile? I thought I was buying the same stuff I had used for years. I did one load of sheets and had to get up at 1AM to take the sheets off the bed and pillows because the scent was overwhelming. It gave me an irritated throat and a headache. I couldn't even bear to have the sheets on the floor in the same room. A barely there scent is what clean laundry should smell like. I don't want my sheets smelling so intensely that it wakes me up at night. And I certainly don't want whatever is left behind on the clothes next to my skin all day or being stronger than any scent I choose to wear. I'm sorry to say this improvement is a huge fail.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I do not normally buy Tide due to the cost of it, and I was interested to see if it would be worth spending more on a laundry detergent. While I did not notice a difference in how clean the clothes were after washing, the clothes did smell much fresher for a longer period of time than any other detergent I have used. I think if I can find coupons it would be worth the cost to have fresh smelling clothes.

Although the detergent smelled good, and had the laundry room smelling good, the laundry did not come out smelling good. I actually had to clean the dogs blankets 3 times with only using this product. A little disappointed Tide.

It's more concentrated to help clean stains better, with an amazing scent that lasts on your clothes. It gets the job done and that's what I like; clean and fresh laundry. Will highly recommend to try to anyone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For the past few years I have been going from laundry detergent to laundry detergent, trying new brands or at least new for me, just been trying everything in between, and now using this improved 'High Efficiency(HE)' Tide once again makes me so happy, there seems to be nothing for laundry better than Tide, I grew up on a household where Tide was the only brand I would see at home for our laundry. I love the original scent because it is not overwhelming, is just the right 'fresh and clean' scent, works wonders on most stains, clothes come out clean, soft and smelling fresh, and plus being 'HE' I get to use less water (and I particularly use cold water), I was a bit hesitant because with previous experiences clothes would come out with stains caused by the liquid laundry detergent, but this Tide does not do that, it is truly efficient and effective.
