It's very good in removing stains while protecting both white and color clothes. The scent is aroma but it's way too light since I always do high or extra load of laundry. So I usually combine it with fabric softener to make sure I have clean and fresh smell clothes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was very happy with the efficacy of Tide Original Liquid Detergent, especially when I was able to use it under various water temperatures and wash cycles. It does a great job of cleaning and removing visible dirt from clothes, towels and sheets and pretty much anything else I put in the washer! I washed a set of drapes that were quite dusty and they came out noticeably brighter and cleaner, and they had a fresh scent, as did all of my laundry. I like to boost my scents, so I used Tide with and without scent boosters and the performance was excellent either way. The clear cap makes measuring easier and liquid always makes me feel like it gets into the garments better than a powder would. I highly recommend this product which stands alone as the leader in laundry care.

I use them in cold and hot water and have no issue using either. I used this Tide Original to wash my towels and sheets and they came out looking and smelling amazing. After washing, the sock was not as bright and white as it was originally. I was not impressed with Tide's performance and will stick with my l less expensive laundry detergent.

Third, it is suitable for a wide range of fabrics, making it a versatile and effective detergent. I tested the detergent on several spaghetti and oil stains which the detergent cleaned completely. I've also found the detergent to be very concentrated so it is very effective for the amount used in each wash. I've also found it to be very affordable, with great value for the price. Overall, I would highly recommend Tide Original Liquid Detergent!

If you have a deep stain pre treat with Tide for 24 hrs then wash. Tide may cost a little more but you will end up saving money in the end.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Tide original laundry detergent has been my go to for washing my clothes .Tide really gets the smell out of the dirty clothes and gets the stubborn stains out with out fading or messing up the clothes, I love that I can pretreat a stain by just putting some tide on it and letting it sit for a bit before I throw it in the washer .Tide doesn't break my sons skin out . And when I take the clean clothes out of the washer they smell so fresh but the smell is not overwhelming , tide has been around for along time so you know it's great
