[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Set up was fairly quick, instructions helped too. Burn in was simple and the first cook turned out great. Super smoke mode works amazing. Can’t wait to keep cooking on it this summer.

The company will not be supportive, received damaged grill hood 3 months ago numerous times have been told when it comes back in stock we will let you know and nothing has been done. Be careful a 3 year warranty means squat if they don't honor it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Burns Expensive pellets quickly. Doesn’t have the flavor of an authentic bbq pit. Not worth the time and effort for the extension cord to an outdoor oven.

All I have done so far is the burn off. Moved recently and did not put it together until a couple days ago. Went together easy and held temps very well during burn off

1st cook was at -13 degrees and stayed within degrees of set temp.easy put together and quality is what I hoped for. So far feel like money well spent on the 11002b multi tasker.nothing like taking a nap while cooking.completly giving up the offset.

This grill ia made of thin material. I cooked in 75 degree weather and when you open the lid the temp drops and doesn't recover very quick. This will probably be an ok grill but not going to great for smoking. Also it says it has a lot of grilling surface but that is is three levels of grates inside. It also has a drip pan inside that ia smaller than the grate that you aren't supposed to put things on the outside of that, so you have less grilling space

Being new to Z grills and reading all the reviews and tips I was pretty confident firing my new grill up, and it could not have been easier. From the initial assembly to this, the experience has been great and I can't wait to really dive into football season and all the things I want to create.

Love it. Easy assembly and a pleasure to cook on. I’ve had two Pit Boss upright smokers that would vary from the set temp by as much as 90° both ways even on a short cook like salmon or a pork tenderloin! This Z-Grill keeps the temperate right on the mark. No checking every thirty minutes to make sure your food isn’t overcooking.

I have used this pellet smoker numerous times since I bought it and I love it! I’ve smoked pork, beef, poultry, and seafood on it in the past week and I am more than happy with my purchase. Between the Bluetooth and the WiFi, a perfect cook is fool proof! I am also excited that my 12 year old son will never have to worry about buying a grill in his lifetime. He’ll obviously get my hand me downs until I kick the bucket and it transfers to him. #generationalwealth

My overall experience with my Z grill has been a positive one. The assembly directions were not too bad, only a few minor things not explained well enough but were figured out. Using my grill, it has been fine. It fires right up and get to target temp in a reasonable amount of time. The ability to clean out the ash without taking the grill apart is awesome. Slide the tray out from behind and dump the ash. My only issue is that the advertised wifi app is inaccurate. It is normally 6 t0 10 degrees off from what the grill is showing. The grill temp is always where I set it to be. I have smoked ribeye's, ribs and an eye round roast in the last three weeks. All were perfect.
