I love this grill. It cooks even and maintains temps excellently. The build took 30 min but did require assistance due to the weight. This is a good thing! I’m hoping in the future that ZGrills create a drip pan that can also allow for open flame searing with the unit. This is a spectacular smoker.

I've had a zgrill for a couple years, but when this none went on sale I couldn't resist the upgrade. It is huge! The wifi is nice, but very simple and not much control. Would be nicer if all the controls could be adjusted from the app. Did I say it's huge! Be sure you have room and it's nice to have 2 sets of hands for setup.

I have cooked on the grill about 7 times and I have fell in love with it. Best decision I made on picking a smoker. Z Grills really packaged the grill well. I couldn’t believe all the care taken to protect the items they ship, I really appreciated that as a customer. Assembly is not terrible but I could see some confusion for people who are not a “handy” type person. Some things were confusing. But I give it 5 stars and would highly recommend buying the grill. The food I have cooked has tasted great, alot of smoke flavor, all meats were nice and juicy. So simple anybody can use it. The app is nice and convenient! I was smoking a brisket while I was across town taking my daughter to dance school all the while monitoring my grill and probe temps on the phone. I could change the temps while I was away from home as well. Thought that was a Very cool feature. The ash pan is a great addition also, my brother purchased a pit boss and hates he doesn’t have the option for an ash pan. 10-10

Been grilling with every weekend since receiving the grill. Definitely worth every penny. The negative is the shipping could be clearer. Didn't actually show the shipping for the grill itself. But it did arrive very fast. Just need better communication about what has shipped and where from.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The grills works great, I have cooked 2 beef briskets on and they were delicious. My original grill was a wood pellet Trager however the Z grill performed a little better and is cheaper. Also there were a few hick ups getting it delivered but there customer support was great. I would definitely stay with purchasing a Z grill over a trager any day.

Easy to put together, we have cooked a ton in the last two weeks. It's also easy to clean. A couple of the recipes have called for specific cook times but we had to cook things a couple hours longer, I only hesitate to give 5 stars because this is the first pellet grill we have ever owned so we don't really have another frame of reference.

Took me about an hour to put together was pretty simple just make sure to have a helping hand. The burn in process was simple and quick.Done my first cook on it with no problems,It held temp like a champ and it heats even across the grill.The app works perfect had no issues connecting to it and it stayed connect unlike others I have used.If you are on the fence about buy one just do yourself a favor a pull the trigger and get it.My only complaint is that I wish I had bought this grill first instead of another brand that I had to fix at the start of every season and got tired of it.Just buy it and be done.

The grill didn't come with everything they offered when purchased. Getting a hold of any kind of customer care takes an act of God and the luck of 17 Irishmen . The grill is nice but is a real pain to get the app up and running. The grill arrived with pellets that were saturated and the grill box had black mold all along the bottom like it sat outside for months. Would I do it again? No .

Using the grill will be great. What has happened is that the grill came in but there was no handle for the main chamber lid in the package. It has been over 20 days and I still don't know when I am going to receive the handle to make the grill complete. As of right now I am giving you 1 star.

First grill I have owned. I am very happy so far. The app is great, only wish it had a temp alarm. I have done 2 briskets, one hot and fast and one low and slow and both times the temp stayed very consistent. Looking forward to other accessories, such as a front shelf for the 1000 series.
