I've been using an electric smoker for about six years and decided to up grade to a pellet grill. I was leaning towards the Pit Boss brand, as three co-workers had them and didn't have any complaints or problems. One feature that I was definitely looking for was a wifi - Bluetooth controller. Before I ever purchase a big ticket item, I do a lot of research to be sure I get what I want. So for research I searched many sites, and watched many YouTube videos comparing different brands. In doing so I saw a lot of features that the Z Grills had in the Multi Tasker 11002B. Such as the ,Wi-Fi Bluetooth controller, big 28 lb hopper, front shelf, and something that I originally wasn't thinking about and haven't seen in many grills, a double wall cooking chamber. And living in New England this is going to help keep the heat in most of the year. The one thing I was a little nervous about was not being able to see these grills in person. But , after doing research and reading reviews from other people that had this grill, I decided to purchase the 11002B . It took about a week for it to be shipped from California to New England, and my worry was I hope it didn't get damaged in the shipping process. Well let me tell you, this unit was packaged very well and was also strapped to a pallet. As other people have said, this grill is built like a tank. I was very impressed with the quality of material and build of this unit. It took me about 30- 40 minutes to put this grill together, with a little help from one of my son's. It was nice that the hopper was already attached to the main body of grill.You definitely need help with the weight of this grill. Following the steps for the burn in process was very easy. It was about a 50⁰ day when I was doing the burn in and the grill got to 500 degrees within 25 minutes, which I thought was very good. Last night I cooked chicken breast and everything came out great. As of right now I am so glad that my thoughts of buying a different brand fell through and I found out more about Z Grills. If anyone is looking for a well built, great controller and double wall grill, don't hesitate to purchase the Z Grill 11002B. It was worth the extra money for me to purchase this grill.

Let me start by saying, I do like this grill. I have only smoked a stuffed pork loin and a brisket so far but it did both extremely well. The only complaints I have are, the lid sits a little crooked and isn't flush, a couple of welds on the lid are leaking some smoke, and one of the legs is shorter than the others. For how much this grill cost, I expected a little better quality control. If not for these issues it would be a solid 5 stars. The grill cooks very well.

I absolutely enjoy cooking on this grill. I replaced my electric smoker with this and does a great job for low and slow, as well as some high heat searing and general grilling. Was able to get sear marks via a reverse smoke / sear on some chicken. Only thing I wish could be changed in the software, is when pressing “prime” that you don’t have to hold the button and could automatically prime the full auger length and expedite getting pellets into the fire pot. I do this now by just holding the prime button on start up for 2 minutes. Works pretty well!

I watched several You Tubers that recommended the Z Grill. They were not wrong. The quality of craftsmanship is apparent in every aspect of the 1100 2B. Assembly is easy and my first smoke was amazing with an outstanding smoke ring and minimal effort. I highly recommend this smoker. The only negative I've seen with it is the method of emptying the hopper is difficult and leaves quite a few pellets in the grill. Everything else about it is top notch!

Been grilling with every weekend since receiving the grill. Definitely worth every penny. The negative is the shipping could be clearer. Didn't actually show the shipping for the grill itself. But it did arrive very fast. Just need better communication about what has shipped and where from.

I just bought the ZGrills 1100 2B Labor Day weekend. Delivered I about a week and assembly was fairly easy! Helps having 2 people! But, smoked a Pork Butt last weekend and I mean this baby smokes! Would if given a 5 star, but still cannot get WiFi connected! But maybe a router issue! But, would definitely recommend this smoker to anyone as it is built like a tank! Worth my money thus far!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My new 11002B is an awesome grill. On a windy day recently I was smoking wings, it struggled to get to 400 degrees. Since then I have done wings again and it seemed fine, just some time to get to that 400 degrees.

Installation was pretty straight forward. Pellets that cam with grill burn relatively clean with little clean up. I applied heavy duty foil to drip try and bottom of grill for easy clean up. I have now done a spatchcock turkey, burgers, and a prime rib. All of these were done in December with below freezing conditions. Holds temperature very well even in the cold weather. Everything has come out perfect and tasted great. The WIFI app was easy to install and setup was easy. No issues using my phone to set temps or shut off grill from phone. My only complaint is I wish the temperature probes that come with the grill could be set at temperatures below 160F. Medium rare items at 125-140F you just have to watch the probe temps but can't take advantage of the alert system within the app. Not a huge deal but would have been nice.

Overall love the smoker. Would give it a 5, but the welds on the handle that you use to maneuver the grill are weak. Mine broke first day. Another point of frustration is that you cannot purchase once as it is out of stock. Grill is very heavy, but manageable. Would buy again and recommend to others.

Was considering buying a Traeger but the prices were so high so took the plunge for this one. Bought mine a month ago. It’s huge! Came well packaged and included a grill cover. Instructions were easy to follow and the grill is well built. Used it so far to smoke a brisket, some baby back ribs and whole chickens. Everything came up perfect. Holds the temp real well. Very impressed so far!
