The wifi app is THE WORST app on the market! It wants to take control of everything on my phone, I don't think so! Are you listening Zgrill? Pay attention to the reviews/opinions of your loyal customers. Your app needs a complete overhaul and in ENGLISH. The smoker is awesome, holds temp, perfect smoke ring, everything turns out great. The only drawback is the fan that runs constantly and blows pellet ash all over the meat, inside walls and outside.

Purchased recently. Havn't cooked yet but assembled and did the seasoning/burn off. Held temp withing 5 degrees even at 500 fir 30 minutes. Wi-Fi difficult but remember, after account set-up put in your Wi-Fi password not your account password and you should be paired. Decent amount of smoke during burn-off better than my Traeger Fremont which has minimal smoke. Didn't try super smoke however so it should do even better. I'll try to update after cooking some brisket and pulled pork.

This thing is a beast. The double walls and the lid gasket along with the electronics and WiFi send this pellet grill screaming past the others. It heats up quickly and maintains the selected temp within +- 10 deg. The super smoke setting works like none other and thank you for getting rid of the stack and venting out the back. That stack while useful really was a pain when putting on and removing the cover on our previous model. Also a big thank you for getting rid of all the sharp corners that grabbed and eventually ripped the cover. This pellet smoker ROCKS IT ACROSS the board in almost ever category. The WiFi app could use some work but it is useful and good for monitoring cooking temperature with the probes. Needless to say we are very happy with this model 11002b WiFi !!!

First off the 1 leg is shorter then the rest 3 washers to even it out. Your super smoke option is a joke can only super smoke at 160 degrees. Your prime button does nothing but make a stupid beep sound. Last but not least (im sure I’ll find more things wrong) thing has ash floating around everywhere invest in better seals

I love my knew Pellet grill. I started with one of you 450A in 2019. I hadn't done any grilling since 1995. The smaller one going to be used RVing. My new 1000 D4E was easy to assemble and have smoke/grilled 3x. This grill will be with me to the end. A great grill, easy assembly and 0 problems. Also GREAT PRICE !

I've been using an electric smoker for about six years and decided to up grade to a pellet grill. I was leaning towards the Pit Boss brand, as three co-workers had them and didn't have any complaints or problems. One feature that I was definitely looking for was a wifi - Bluetooth controller. Before I ever purchase a big ticket item, I do a lot of research to be sure I get what I want. So for research I searched many sites, and watched many YouTube videos comparing different brands. In doing so I saw a lot of features that the Z Grills had in the Multi Tasker 11002B. Such as the ,Wi-Fi Bluetooth controller, big 28 lb hopper, front shelf, and something that I originally wasn't thinking about and haven't seen in many grills, a double wall cooking chamber. And living in New England this is going to help keep the heat in most of the year. The one thing I was a little nervous about was not being able to see these grills in person. But , after doing research and reading reviews from other people that had this grill, I decided to purchase the 11002B . It took about a week for it to be shipped from California to New England, and my worry was I hope it didn't get damaged in the shipping process. Well let me tell you, this unit was packaged very well and was also strapped to a pallet. As other people have said, this grill is built like a tank. I was very impressed with the quality of material and build of this unit. It took me about 30- 40 minutes to put this grill together, with a little help from one of my son's. It was nice that the hopper was already attached to the main body of grill.You definitely need help with the weight of this grill. Following the steps for the burn in process was very easy. It was about a 50⁰ day when I was doing the burn in and the grill got to 500 degrees within 25 minutes, which I thought was very good. Last night I cooked chicken breast and everything came out great. As of right now I am so glad that my thoughts of buying a different brand fell through and I found out more about Z Grills. If anyone is looking for a well built, great controller and double wall grill, don't hesitate to purchase the Z Grill 11002B. It was worth the extra money for me to purchase this grill.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My new 11002B is an awesome grill. On a windy day recently I was smoking wings, it struggled to get to 400 degrees. Since then I have done wings again and it seemed fine, just some time to get to that 400 degrees.

Delivery was great, assembly was relatively easy but took some time. I have used the smoker twice already with great success. I had trouble with connectivity to the WiFi on the 1st smoke but had a digital bluetooth thermometer. The second smoke I could connect and all was great. These were easier meats both taking about 2-3 hours. This is my first electric smoker and so far I am really am impressed.

My Multitasker 11002B is “AMAZING”! Heads and shoulders above the competition. So easy to use and monitor the process with the WIFi App, the hopper is easy to access, the grill is easy to clean and by far the best choice on the market. So very pleased with Z Grills!

I have the Multitasker 11002B Had a major malfunction (lost a 10lb brisket). Made contact with Zgrills customer service was fabulous!!!! They told me what they needed, we went back and forth due to emails took a little time, but we made it thru Zgrills replaced my smoker What a Company to Stand behind their Product WOW I was Elated, Blown Away WOW I can't express enough how great a Company Zgrills I'd buy it again Its worth it I use this smoker 5 out of 7 days a week. We enjoy every item cooked on this smoker/grill
