I really liked the size and look of this grill, hence the reason I bought it. The only problem i did have is the right panel was bent and unusable. Customer service was great and sent us a new panel. The only other thing i would say is use the bilt app. It helps a lot.

First, it was a great deal on price. As lon as you follow the instructions, it is easy to assemble. No damages at all. Great quality on materials. Grilling area is good to feed 2-6 people. Easy to clean after usage. Like the grease tray. I have nothing to complaint about it. I am a charcoal griller, however, this is a great adquision for quick and ready gas grill. If you see the price deal back, highly recommend it!!! You won't regret.

For the price, this is a great value for a 2-burner grill. Assembly was straightforward. Allow plenty of time and don’t rush. The app instructions helped in a few spots where the printed illustrations were not detailed enough. I would buy this again without hesitation.

Purchased this week, arrived days later. Great value. Sturdy, well made. Detailed instructions. Very well packaged for shipping. Needn't be a technician to assemble but alow at least 21/2 -3 hours to unpack, review all parts and assemble. Includes cover!

Fairly easy and straightforward assembly. All parts included and present. Two M4 x 10 screws remained unused. Downloaded BILT app and found assembly directions. Followed directions to insert bolts loosely and tighten when directed. BILT diagram of front rail assembly a bit confusing as looked like piece was attached to outside instead of inserting ends first then screwing from outside. I also looked quite a while for the wire guide, nut and bolt. Finally found already attached to right side panel where it belonged. Bad on me for not noticing earlier during assembly. As for needing an adjustable wrench. The only place needed for a wrench was the aforementioned wire holder nut. Simply giving the size wrench needed for this particular nut would be helpful. The location of the nut is so tight that an adjustable of any size is useless. Or just include a cheap wrench for that particular nut would be nice. All in all, an easy project, taking my time and using both the BILT app and the included paper instructions.

Great two-burner grill with some really nice features. Love that the drip tray and the drip cup are both removable for easy cleaning. The propane tank conveniently loads from the front. Nice, heavy grill grates and two fold-down side tables. Heats up quickly and maintains heat well. The warming rack is removable. All four wheels swivel and two have locking mechanisms. The directions were clear and there were no pieces missing. The grill was packed extremely well and there was no shipping damage.

It's so handy! I wish it got up to max temp a little sooner, but overall, for me, it's great. I have charcoal, pellet grills "out back" under cover at the shop. This one stays in a small corner in garage. So handy to roll it a few feet and make a few steaks, burgers, salmon etc in a hurry. Hated my old, huge gas grill as I never was happy with it. This one is what it is. Faster than charcoal and easy to clean and tuck back into a small space.

Piece of junk. arrived dented, Sams said they woul remedy it, but so far NOTHING! Now the burners won't work. Sams processed a return, but won't let me take it to them, and won't pick it up. When I call customer service, they say I'm next in line with 82 minute wait time.

Came with a few missing screws and some small damaged areas on the lid. Sooooo many pieces to put together but it’s a solid little grill. I love it and for the sale price I couldn’t beat it.

Box looked clean but when opened about 4 pieces were bent and some finish was knocked off the grill head about the size of a quarter on the side, instead of sending it back just straightened the bent pieces.
