I'm a 59 year old woman who put this together all by myself. The videos made it super easy. There was a couple of steps I had to watch more than once, but I managed. If I can do this anyone can. The grill popped right off on the first try. This is the perfect size for me as I live alone.

I waited to make this purchase for 2 years, in fact so long they raised the price. I guess I shouldn't have waited. Having said that, it was a great purchase. I was a little intimidated with all the comments I read about the difficulty in putting it together, but it was not the case. It was really pretty easy, and my wife and I completed the project in about an hour and a half and we are 73 & 72 years old. I highly recommend following the steps with the handy tutorial makes it so much easier. We have used the grill several times and so far, I just love it. It is very stylish and extremely well made no cheap materials and folds up to store away. It also comes with a cover that wasn't mentioned in the ad, so I bought an additional one looks like I have a spare now. You will be glad you made this purchase; I know I am,I purchased the mocha and it's beautiful

Read all reviews, but was concerned with the assembly and shipping....No need for that it was perfect and with help of friend it was a grill in less than 2 hours... next day propane tank in and it works great, I truly love it.. Perfect size for small patio...can't wait till summer grillin'

I am very handy am able to accomplish most home owner task. The build of the Grill takes twice the time stated in the directions, but it is simple to construct. 45 steps, 3D images available through the manufacturer site, construction was easy...just time consuming.

Excellent Grill. Give yourself time to assemble. Directions are clear. Cleaning is much easier and front accessibility of tank is much more convenient. Grating is substantial and the top rack is easily removed for easier cleaning. I really enjoy using this grill. The test (even though I keep is covered) is if it lasts (6 years and I’m good).

Excellent Grill, nice even heat across the grill area. Sturdy design of this grill is equal to that of higher priced grills. Great looking grill too. There is a fair amount of assembly required, but instructions are simple to follow. Use of an electric screwdriver made made our total assembly time shorter than reported by others. Highly recommended grill where a larger 4 or 5 burner is not needed. All parts for assembly were in perfect condition.

The grill is great, we got the teal color. While the assembly process took about 2 hours, the directions were excellent. Along with paper instructions you also get online 3D instructions with BILT application. Made the assembly easier with clear 3D animation steps to follow. Used the grill several times already and it works very well. I like that the cooking grates are cast iron and not porcelain coated steel. The grill even came with a cover as well. One small thing is it has no tool hooks but with both shelves folding down not sure where they would have put them.

Really happy with this Grill so far. We have used a few times and it worked great. Took longer than the 45 minutes to assemble however the online instructions were excellent and the process was pretty easy. Make sure you have a second person for the lifting but otherwise you can assemble it alone. Definitely live the look of it and would highly recommend.

I was replacing my older maroon Members Mark 2 burner grill that I bought a few years back and loved. Unfortunately it did not survive our last military move and needed to be replaced. This new grill that I ordered online came damaged beyond belief. Contacting Sams club directly, they made the replacement exchange quick and easy. The second new grill I received came with a damaged bottom base and two of the casters had manufacturing defects. I contacted the customer support of the grill manufacturer and Liz was phenomenal at helping me get my replacement parts. Once assembled, the grill is great. I miss the stainless of the older model but this grill has more useful upgrades and gets hotter than my older 2 burner model. I get about 575-600 degrees with this. I’ve used it a couple times. Still on the fence about the change to cast iron grates instead of the older grills porcelain. Overall no complaints besides the inconvenience of receiving damaged items due to poor product packaging.

I ordered the MM 2 burner Grill to replace the one I bought 6 years ago. I loved that Grill. Sams did not have these grills in store for the past 18 months, due to Covid supplies I guess. I was so excited to find them available online. Up to Sams standards it was easy to order and it arrived exactly on time and the packaging in very good condition. My husband put it together that evening. The instructions were spot on and also had very good illustrations. Not far into the assembly we felt the materials just did not seem what we expected but we reserved judgement. When it was all complete we were disappointed. The side shelves get to hot and are painted not stainless steel. The highest temperature we achieved was 525 constant but as soon as you open the lid it drops dramatically. That isn't very good for an expensive cut of beef! Overall the grill is smaller than the originals and just seems very cheap. We have cooked on it 3 times thinking maybe it needed a break in period. I don't think it has made a difference. Also, it was more expensive and we had to put it together. I have a hard time giving it 3 stars. Not all is lost though, my husband researched extensively and was lucky to find the exact burners and heat shields for the old grill which is still in pretty good condition for the firebox and cabinet. He had to refabricate some of the inside parts but we got out grill back!!!! I hope Sams will go back to the original 2 burner grills with the stainless steel shelves. I am going to return the one we just purchased, hopefully. If they do bring back the old style I will be first in line to purchase.
