We just moved to Western NC and brought our border collie with us. She adjusted to the house very quickly. She has no problem getting in and out. My 12 yr old daughter assembled the house all by herself.

The side panels came a little warped. Might of been by delivery. I managed to fit them in the groove slots. Was dissapointed with delivery the insulation was all over the parts in the box. Being mishandled popped out a plug that held the insulation to part of the dog house. It managed to still have some insulation in the side panel so I didn't return it. The insulation was messy all over sticky and a trouble to clean. Love the dog house dissapointed with delivery.

We have had several dog houses which we tried to insulate and heat. This house is fantastic even without additional heat. If the weather becomes extreme again we will install an add on dog house heater. So far we have not needed more heat and it is great. We were never able to insulate a dog house this good before. Thanks for providing a wonderful product, Our dog & cat love this dog house. It even looks good on our back porch.

Sam's Club is the best price I could find for this dog house, so it really was a great value. it is very well constructed and I have no doubt it will last a very long time. VERY easy instructions and only took approximately 15 minutes to put it together.

Like other reviews on here, I wasn't impressed. I received this product and there were little foam pieces everywhere. You are able to notice where there are gaps in the foam when you hold it to the light. Also, one side of the house didn't fit into the groove of the base. For the price, I expected better. I was looking forward to having this for my puppy, but will be returning it and purchasing her something better.

Insulated dog palace, roomy, windows and easy in and out. Nice quality. A bit pricey.

We bought two for our dogs and loved them so much we bought one for our granddog!
