These dozen roses are absolutely beautiful and perfect for any occasion. They are always fresh, vibrant, and look amazing as soon as you bring them home. The quality for the price is unbeatable—you really can't find roses like this anywhere else for the same value. I highly recommend them.

I purchased the premium roses for my wife's birthday recently. She loved them but they didn't last but 5 days. She took meticulous care of them trimming the stems and feeding them as instructed. When I went back with my receipt they said I needed the dead roses to get a refund. My wife threw them in the trash so I couldn't produce them. Therefore NO refund! Not a happy camper.

I have a Sam's card since the 1980's and have bought roses for years and have always been pleased-EXCEPT THIS TIME FOR MY ANNIVERSARY— the roses were wilted the day after buying time and didn't last 2 days. Worse experience. Will not buy any flowers from Sam's again!!!!!'

The quality of the flowers at cicero location are not the best, AND PRICER THAN STORES IN THE AREA (Cermak produce, food4less, jewel $10). At Sam’s, Most of the peddles of the bunches are already brittle. I purchased on 12/12 and on 12/13 most roses in bouquet were dying

I had a cutbside pickup and the young woman that brought my groceries out threw them into the car. The flowers i received had brown edges and were already dying. I had to go into the store to exchange them which was an inconvenience because it threw my schedule off.

6 of the roses were cut very close to the bud! When opened the buds fell off. They were simply stuck down into the arrangement. Today I tried to go to customers service and show them pictures of these roses. I stood in line for over 15 minutes and no one moved.. I left very frustrated. The last 6 times I have been in Sam’s I have not been able to purchase a rotisserie chicken. They really need to figure this out.

The bouquet was received and there were some brown petals rather than pink. I think overall the flowers could have been fresher.

Don’t lasts seven days as advertised on the flowers. Roses looked fresh when purchased but by day 5 they were so dry.

These flowers were for my granddaughter and they last forever. She was able to keep them looking good for over a month.

Beautiful roses. Unfortunately, despite having an expiration 10 days out, several didn't last more than 3 days.
