Very upset that the red long steer roses ai bought heads fell over the 2nd day after I gave them as a gift. I will never ever buy flowers from Sam’s again !! Embarrassing and a waste of my hard earned money. I’m a senior with limited income

The don't last 7 days! Quality is not as it used to be. It's supposed to last fresh 7 days and 3 days later, I have to throw them in the trash, even changing the water every single day. Lower quality

My flowers are dry and dead looking- they were also 3 roses broke from the stem of the flower. Once I got home and looked at them I was so mad and the store is over 30 minutes away from me so I didn't drive back. Never have the flower food attached to them.

I purchased the premium roses for my wife's birthday recently. She loved them but they didn't last but 5 days. She took meticulous care of them trimming the stems and feeding them as instructed. When I went back with my receipt they said I needed the dead roses to get a refund. My wife threw them in the trash so I couldn't produce them. Therefore NO refund! Not a happy camper.
