Not very good

I applied to my yard two weeks ago and not only did not kill the weeds, the weeds seemed to grow even thicker. I mow my small front yard every two weeks and the mower had difficulty cutting through the weeds! They have never been this thick.

We are sorry that the Scotts Turf Builder Weed & Feed did not control weeds as expected. When using any weed control, be sure to apply the product when your daytime high temperatures are consistently between 60 to 90 degrees F. This product will only kill weeds that are actively growing at the time of application and cannot prevent new weeds from germinating. We want you to be confident in our products. For this reason, we offer a product guarantee to our consumers. At your earliest convenience, please contact us to see what can be done. Passes the test of time

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using this product regularly. This keeps the lawn looking great for the least expenditure of money. No lawn service, but I won't tell anyone that !

Difficult label

It is so frustrating to find fertilizer proportions on Scotts label. I want to have 1 pound per 1000 srq/feet but the proportions are buried in the package. These nutrients is why we by fertilzer. There is absolutely not reason for hiding this.

Doesn't live up to promise

This product does not control clover as promised. I put it out in yard 4 weeks ago after aerating yard. Looks as if fertilizer works great on weeds and clover but the weed killer is none existent!

We are sorry to hear that your Turf Builder Weed & Feed did not work as expected. This product needs to be applied to a wet lawn, left untouched by rain/water for 24 hours, and then watered in after those 24 hours in order to be effective. Temperatures need to be consistently between 60-90 degrees in order for weeds to absorb the herbicide. We want you to be confident in our products, this is why we offer a product guarantee. Terrible unless you want more weeds galore!

I'm in north Texas and put down Scotts Weed and Feed 3 weeks ago. I now have more flourishing weeds in my yard than grass. Probably won't be using this product anymore unfortunately.

MORE WEEDS THAN EVER

We bought this brand for the simple fact that Scott's is a good brand, so I thought. We have more weeds than grass now. No I think we will buy a torch and burn the grass. Thanks Scott's for not working.....
