I've used this product for several years and I highly recommend it. Its easy to use and effective on weeds. I have done battle with Hawkweed in my very sandy soiled lawn. Scotts has made that battle much easier and has remained effective. It isn't 100% against the Hawkweed, but that is due to the aggressive weed itself. You can dose that with Roundup and it will still come back. So, after effectively beating it down with Roundup, the Scotts and a good mowing regime keep my lawn looking as happy as it can, given my soil situation. Where I once has a poor looking lawn, I now have a lush soft lawn that I can walk barefoot in. I will continue using Scotts products and highly recommend to anyone that asks what I do to my lawn.

The chick weed was killed which is usually had to destroy. The dandelions died giving me the beautiful yard I want. The instructions on the bag were easy to follow and matched everything on my Scott’s spreader.

He looked at my lawn where I use 'Turf Builder' - Spring & Fall. He hired a contractor to plow the entire front lawn, seeded it and used starter fertilizer. when new lawn came in, the disturbed soil brought up a lot of flower seed as well as weed seed. I live in NJ area and tried this product for second time in 3 years after reseeding they lawn. Broad leaves are flourishing and grass is dead. Followed instructions and guidelines. No amount of watering could save the damage to my lawn. Months to add topsoil and seed and care for a lush lawn and days to destroy your hard labor. Refunding money won’t bring my lawn back - starting all over again and reseeding. Be weary and cautious.

I had a few patches of dandelions throughout my yard along with some other weeds that I wanted to get rid of. I bought a bag of weed and feed along with a good spreader and followed the instructions to a T. After about a week now and a couple of rains, none of the weeds or dandelions have vacated the premisis. It appears that they have actually gotten a bit worse. Unfortunately I threw away the receipt so I will have to figure out how to hold them to their guarantee another way.

Have always been pretty satisfied with Scott’s products until the last two years. I have been using weed and feed hoping it will kill the dandelions in my yard... applied last week and temperatures have been 70-80! Absolutely worthless! Might have killed 1/4 of them but for the money you pay for the square footage and the job it does... buy something else!! Never thought I would be going away from Scott’s product but I won’t be buying this again.

I just bought the weed & feed, the package said to water after applying. I did. When I looked at the Scott's site for next product, I looked at directions for the weed & feed. It said, do not water after application. What is correct? the package or Scotts. Also, I applied with Scott's spreader at 3-1/2, barely anything coming out. Put setting on 6 and it seemed to spread better.
