I’ve been in the Scott’s program now for two years….not once has this product worked to keep the clover out of my yard…..I have spots and patches of clover all over my yard….I followed the instructions on the bag and even bought a new Scott’s spreader to put it down with…..not sure what Else I can do…tired of having to spot treat all of the areas where the clover wasn’t killed….

I applied it in early spring, right after a stretch of rainy weather, and within a week I started to see the dandelions and clover in my lawn looking pretty sickly (in a good way). By week two, they were nearly gone, and my grass looked noticeably thicker and greener. Overall, this stuff does exactly what it promises: feeds your lawn and takes out most of the broadleaf weeds without breaking the bank. It’s like giving your grass a power-up and sending the weeds a pink slip. Would I buy it again? Absolutely. My lawn looks like I actually know what I’m doing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have some bare spots in our yard that have been very hard to build any grass up in them. This grass seed is very easy to apply. We had some dry weather here ans struggled at first but we have been successful with this grass seed in getting some to grow finally.

I read through a lot of the negative reviews and people who have had negative results probably didn't follow instructions. The lawn needs to be wet, like a dewy morning and I found to have the best results. Also, I would not recommend mowing for 2 or 3 days after the application. I usually put 2 applications of weed and feed on during the year once in mid spring and mid summer. I put a preventer on early spring for crab grass, fall fertilizer in late September, and a winterizer in November. I have always used Scott's with great results.

I live in NJ area and tried this product for second time in 3 years after reseeding they lawn. Broad leaves are flourishing and grass is dead. Followed instructions and guidelines. No amount of watering could save the damage to my lawn. Months to add topsoil and seed and care for a lush lawn and days to destroy your hard labor. Refunding money won’t bring my lawn back - starting all over again and reseeding. Be weary and cautious.

I followed the simple application directions. Within a week I knew I was going to be pleased. All of the dandelions. clover and who know what other weeds I had were wilting in the warm Spring sun. What was once my own little weed farm is well on its way to being one of the greenest fullest lawns in the neighborhood.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Dandelions here in our neighborhood are a menacing nuisance that will take over a lawn if left untreated. Even when they are mowed down, lawns still look awful. With the correct timing and application of this product it will keep a lawn rid of them, (OK, you might get the rogue Dandelion) but the application will result in a healthier lawn. For me, it has gotten to the point where I will not tolerate even the "rogue" Dandelion. Weed and Feed keeps the lawn protected, but when I do get that one "rogue" Dandelion, spray Weed-B-Gone is my answer. I get all giddy and happy when I check a sprayed Dandelion the next day and I can see it is dying. Thank you Scotts for this wonderful product.

I bought this product last month and applied it according to directions, first it did not cover the area it was suppose to (used a Scotts edge guard spreader) and it did not kill one weed! wonder if they had bad batch. Been using Scotts for years without a problem .Landscaper said nothing is working this year.
