Does not work , I applied on nice temp (60) then 24hr later rained ,only thing I noticed is weed grow back up nicely , this product sux and expensive , never again trying this their guarantee don’t mean anything , attached the pic after applying 24hr later

Bought two bags, followed instructions on the back to a tee and within 72 hours, my lawn looked as if I zebra striped it on purpose. Yellow and green lines in the exact pattern that I walked with my spreader. In addition to the yellow stripes, it did absolutely nothing to any of the weeds that it was spread on.

'Purchased above item, 14.29 pounds (5k sq ft), at Midland MI Walmart on May 8th. Application was done according to recommendations under ideal temperature ec conditions. After waiting one month there is no effect on spring weeds. This 100% failure suggests a serious lot-quality problem with Scotts. I have bar code and upc data for the bag. On May 30 I sent a letter to the CEO of Scott's and to date have not received any reply. This product is NOT RECOMMENDED. L.C. WAlker, Midland, MI

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product greens up the yard and gets rid of the unwanted weeds within a few days of applying. Easy to apply and works great! It is a little more expensive than other products out there but the results are worth it.

Just used this for the 1st time on 5/24/16. Bag looked fine but very hard clumps inside, hard time breaking it up. Clogged my spreader several times. I do not hav a review on the quality/fuctionality of the product and I'm sure it's very good BUT as far as clumping is concerned I give it a 2. Thanks Stan

Have used this product 2 years in a row and received the same results. Clovers galore and dandelions abroad. I use this in my front yard only because I have dogs and I have weeds everywhere yet I don't use in the backyard and I have maybe 1 or 2 dandelions. Haven't seen any change in the overall health of the lawn in terms of color of fullness. At the premium price I would have expected better results.

I purchased on line and used a Scott’s spreader set at the correct setting. Spread the white pellets and waited for it to kill the weeds. It killed everything but the weeds. The weeds are green and my grass is yellow ( dead). Thank God I ran out before I could do the front. I always use Scott’s products but never ever use this!! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used my Scotts broadcast/rotary spreader per recommend on the bag. Setting at 3 3/4. I filled and spread it in the morning since I live in California. I applied after I watered my grass. My grass was mowed about two days prior. There's different recommendations on the bag which is helpful. After your done spreading you shouldn't let people or animals to enter the treated area until after the dust settles. So we kept out dogs inside overnight just to be safe. Make sure to look at all restrictions before using this product. The weeds have started to twist and curl. It states that a month or more May be required for complete control. It also says it won't prevent weed seeds from producing new plants. So keep on eye on the weeds. I cut the tops of some that I saw that had flowers. It also says to feed your lawn regularly, annually. So far my lawn just needs to be monitored but so far it's doing the job.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product work great for feeding the lawn and controlling weeds. Easy to apply and then watch the weeds go away and the grass grow green an lush. I always much for the first 4 to 5 mowings after application.

I applied at the end of April, beginning of May. After a week, weeds were dying and grass was taking back over. After a month, almost all weeds were dead and the whole lawn was back. Product works exactly as described. You can’t just spread it on and forget it. You have to follow the directions to get the best results. The results are simply what you would expect from the advertised results. This product delivers the results described. The only con, is it would not kill the type of weed in the picture I posted. I have 2 spots of weeds like this in my lawn that remain. I don’t know what kind of weed it is, but weed and feed couldn’t handle it. It destroyed the dandelions, now I have just grass instead of a pock marked lawn of dandelion. Great product!!!
