I applied Scott’s weed and feed for southern lawns on 5APR21, I have a Bermuda lawn, today is 24APR21 (not even full 6 week effective point) and I see dandelion and other weeds browning up and slowly fading away. YES!!! Can’t wait to see what my lawn looks like at the 6 weeks fully effective point!

This is the second year in a row that I used this product. Last year I used tte liquid version attached to my garden hose. With in 3 days my lawn was dead, burnt and brown. I thought that perhaps I used too much of it. This year I decided to go with the dry granules hoping for a better result. No such luck. I folloewd the instructions on the back of the bag and again I have burnt, brown, dead grass. However, instead of large patches I now have stripes. I paid good money to have the sod laid and twice Scott's Weed and Feed has destroyed it.

Applied the weed and feed turf builder at 8am so there was dew on the grass and the granules adhered to the clover leaves. Two weeks later the cover is taller and growing faster than the grass. It does work on dandelions but not much else. For the last 3 years of using Scott's Turf Builder I also needed to use Weed B Gone to get rid of clover and English daisies. Scott's Weed and feed turf builder is false advertising.

I treated my yard which is 10,000 sq. ft. and began to see results instantly. two weeks later no more weeds were growing in my yard. I was very impressed with Scotts Turf Builder Weed & Feed!!!! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product work great for feeding the lawn and controlling weeds. Easy to apply and then watch the weeds go away and the grass grow green an lush. I always much for the first 4 to 5 mowings after application.

The product had several unbreakable lumps of the product also, There were small eggshell pieces reminiscent of plaster. Using a handheld spreader which kept jamming due to these small pieces. I noticed the granules when spraying included a lot of dust. I used the product several days ago the clover is not dying and is growing as a well-fertilized plant should grow. Not happy with the product and will switch brands in the future.

I've used Scott's products on my lawn for years and this product does what it says it does. Make sure you go by the instructions, this is crucial on the results you will have. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow I applied the Turf Builder just a few days ago and what few dandelions i had are already curled up. Haven't seen much change in the clover yet but I'm sure it's coming. This is an incredible product the I highly recommend.

I have never been a fan of using any chemicals in my lawn or gardens, but just bought this house last fall and this spring so many weeds in the lawn, I had no choice. I just finished applying, my lawn wet from lots of rain yesterday. Right setting and calibration for my drop spreader and though I saw some of the tiny grains on weed leaves, it seemed like a very sparse amount. Is this what it should look like? Well, I'll wait a week and see, will re-post at that time. Also hope another post is correct about safe for dogs because I have one and plan on keeping him off treated areas for 24hrs.

The dandelions & clover are clearing out and my grass is seeming to get thicker as well. JUST what I wanted! I would highly recommend this product to anyone who wants to get rid of dandelions & clover and would like to see a much healthier lawn!! TY SCOTTS ! :)
