For best results, the soil pH must be between 5.5 and 7.5 for the fertilizer to be absorbed by the grass and should receive at least an inch of water per week. Be sure to apply to lawn when it is out of dormancy as a dormant lawn will not absorb or use the fertilizer. Temperature should be consistently between 40℉ and 90℉ to be out of dormancy. When mowing, do not cut more than 1/3 of the grass blade at a time as this can affect the grass coloring and its response to fertilizer. A continued or general yellow look may indicate a lack of iron and lawn should be fertilized again in 6-8 weeks with a fertilizer containing iron. We want you to be confident in our products.
