I found this it's so convenient just to grab this saves time and money plus my family loved it I love love the icing it's so sweet and thick just like my mom use to make it has a lot of icing between the layers lots of pecans, coconut cake is real moist

So good! Although, does Italian cream cake truly have coconut? The coconut threw my taste buds off a bit, but the cake is still scrumptious! Yum! Not a coconut lover, but this cake put together makes me like it. I purchased this for Thanksgiving and my entire family (ages 1-89) liked it. Will definitely repurchase!

When I served this cake it was so dry that no one could eat it. So dense and so dry. However, a quarter of the cake sat on my counter for two days, and the longer it sat the moister it got! If I ever decided to try this cake again, i would let it sit at room temperature for at least two days before serving.

Bought it and ended up throwing more than half away. The cake had good coconut flavor but was extremely sweet. I love my sweets as much as the next person but this was even too much for myself and my family. We all ended up scraping off the frosting after just a bite or two.

Cake was beautiful, but way too sweet.

Unfortunately, not great at all. 😬Cake was dry and the two inch layer was overwhelming sweet.
