The cake was dry. Very disappointed. I have bought this cake multiple times before but this one was not past the expiration date yet very dry. Bought for Thanksgiving dinner but it bombed as a dessert.

This cake was dry ! Definitely not Italian cream! I took this to a Christmas party ( all their food was delicious) I was ashamed to say I took it there. Everyone brought something!

The Italian Cream Cake is my most favorite cake and Sam’s has it seasonally and it’s delicious. I bought one for my birthday cake I. December. Not only is it delicious but it’s an amazing value!

Very moist cake with a very delicious frosting. Personally I’m not a frosting person so I just took side frosting off and it was just the right amount!

The cake itself was most and quiet good: it's a spice sponge. The icing.... Horrible. It's a sickening buttercream. Sadly we ended up tossing the cake because the icing just ruined it.

I bought the Italian Cream Cake for Christmas meals. It was so pretty and delicious. Everyone was talking about how good and moist it was. I had two small pieces remaining when everyone left.

I had to order my cake. When I picked it up 3 days later (the scheduled date and time) the sale by date was the next day. The cake was actually made the day I ordered it. The frosting was split and sliding off the top. I would have refused it but it was purchased for a party that I was on my way to the day I picked it up.

I have never had this cake... bought for friends with a son who is quite ill. The rave reviews were quite shocking. I figured it was a good cake but never imagined it was that fabulous. A pity they have it in stock anymore; I would love to buy one for myself.

So good! Moist and if it comes into my home it is gone in a flash... and unfortunately, I am the one who cannot stay away... they have to guard it to get some theirselves ... but... it is the rave of this home. I am hoping I can get this again when I entertain in my home. I would love to serve this to my guests... fabulous.. and I am very picky with cake... this one is a winner!

Good guess the flavor cake. Could not find anywhere the actual flavor of the cake. It is not a normal yellow or chocolate cake…. But a spiced walnut. It’s good but I was buying for kiddos and would have preferred vanilla etc. Make the flavor more obvious on label
