I haven't tried every flavor of these cookies yet so this is a slightly unfair review. The pros of these are: each flavor is individually packaged in little muffin tin type trays, with two cookies in each hole. The cookies I've tried are very crisp. I like the tin because I can always find a use for tins like this. The bad thing? The listing online shows the two cookies with visible filling as blueberry and raspberry. However, the insert "cheat sheet" in the tin IDing the cookies lists lemon and raspberry. Problem is, the ones that should have been lemon had no fillng at all. They were just little crunch donuts. Without some flavor along with it, there was little redeeming value to the flavor--just a little powdered sugar on the pastry. Now, I like pie crust cookies but these were borderline tasteless. Could they have been redeemed? Sure. I could have served them with fresh blueberries. Or with a lemon curd. But when I pay this price for cookies that are supposed to be superior, I don't expect to have to doctor them up. So, yeah, I'm a disappointed in these.

Perfect treat. Four pieces for about 20 carbohydrates. What I like most about these is the level of sweetness is reasonable; its not too sweet. Variety included is exciting and I love the tin they come in. I am hoping when I return to my SAM'S they'll still be available.

So people know these are Italian cookies. We Italians usually eat any cookie/sweet like this with our espresso/coffee. They are flaky crunchy. They are not too sweet. Most Italian cookies are not too sweet. They are "light" in flavor. They're supposed to be. They're not "rich" cookies. I know some probably thought by pictures these are going to be soft cookies. I've seen in person over the years people being shocked or disgusted by them when I offer some because by looks completely different from what they expected lol So I'm just letting you all know what they are. I love them. It's my childhood.

A bit too bland for my taste. Also the variety is hit and miss, some are ok, others are way too bland and not sweet enough. I thought based on how nice looking the packaging was these would be equally as tasty as the presentation. It took a really, really long time to get through most of this tin.

I wish they would carry these all year round.
