I purchased this cookware about 1.5 months ago after doing a ton of online window-shopping and research. I'm very happy with my decision. The 3.5-quart covered saute pan is my favorite and most-used item in this collection. All pieces are heavy-duty and of high quality. I've had no trouble keeping them clean, but I don't have a dishwasher so have only hand-washed them. The lid handle doesn't get too hot.

I bought these for myself at Christmas. After reading review after review I chose this beautiful set. I was amazed at all the comments that didn’t like these pans so I watched YouTube videos on cooking with stainless. Being a new stainless user I was glad I did my research. Heating the pans first is the secret. Everything I have made comes out perfect. Even scrambled eggs side right out. These beauties will give me a lifetime of pleasure and I’m so glad I made this investment.

1st step is to read directions. Low and slow heat with good quality grape seed, olive or avocado oil. Easy to clean if you follow the directions. I did lots of research and review before purchasing this brand and set. I was upgrading an old set due to kitchen remodel.

I did a lot of research before buying these so I was honestly surprised at how much I dislike them. Everything sticks to this cookware, and I do mean everything. It doesn’t matter how much oil or cooking spray you add. I gave it 2 stars because they look very aesthetically pleasing and are dishwasher safe. Still, I suggest getting conventional non-stick cookware over this set. Looks and convenience don’t make up for ruined food.

Overall, I think the cookware is satisfactory. The only thing I do not like is that the frying pans are really not all that great for frying anything in, especially eggs. They are more for sauteing. If the set included a Teflon coated pan I think the set would be more complete.

I love my new stainless steel cookware set! I have been wanting to replace my nonstick set for some time but was a bit nervous about how to properly care for stainless steel. That said, it's actually been much easier than I thought. I use Bar Keeper's Friend for stains, and for caked on food I just put a little water in the pan and let it simmer for a few minutes. Due to the hard water in my area, small but stubborn white deposits sometimes appear on the pots and pans too, but boiling some water and vinegar easily gets rid of them. I'm mostly successful at heating up the pans so food doesn't stick but I haven't quite perfected this craft yet. I like that the pots and pans are sturdy, conduct heat well, and are a healthier option than nonstick. They also look stylish and make me feel like a pro chef when I use them. I intend to keep this set for as long as I can!

My wife and I bought this set of cookware to replace an old set of teflon pans she had when we met. The cookware is beautiful and performs as promised if you read the directions and follow the directions. I worked in the restaurant business for 16 years and was skeptical I could get a high enough temp for food at a lower stovetop setting, but it works great. It takes a few extra minutes (very few), but I had sauce bubbling at a low setting Saturday when I made dinner for friends and there was no scorching or crusting in the pan afterwards. Very easy to clean if, yes again, you follow the directions. We are both very pleased.

My husband talked me into purchasing this set. My Farberware was still in good condition after being used 43 years so I was a bit reluctant but broke down and bought it. OMG I love, love, LOVE it! Works great on my gas stove and clean up is a breeze too. I use Wright’s copper cleaner and they shine and will look brand new for years just like my Farberware set did. My son was happy to take the Farberware and replace some pots and pans he had. Everyone is happy especially me!

I purchased these at Christmas and thus far very satisfied. I honestly looked and looked before I picked these. The pans clean up nicely. They hold the heat evenly. I was so tired of waisting money on nonstick and the coAting wear off. WELL NO MORE. Excellent product,

I recently switched to stainless steel cookware because of an aluminum allergy. I love the various sizes of pots and pans. They are very heavy and durable. Need a little patience and some strategy in cleaning them by hand though. Only use a plastic bristle hand-brush, dish soap to clean, then Bar Keepers to shine and polish, removing any discoloration. Only hand wash and hand dry.
