Replaced a 24 year old Wolfgang Puck stainless set. This Cuisinart set is excellent quality, weight and very even heating…plus clean up is a breeze. As a long time stainless user I would recommend you take the time to learn how to cook in stainless (lots of videos available) AND also wash them by hand with stainless products and this set should last you as long as my previous set did me.

I love my new pots and pans. They are so pretty, very heavy and durable feeling, and the lids are perfect for easy storing. I did burn some butter in the bottom of one. I tried the tips for cleaning it... boiling an inch of water and tablespoon of dish soap for 15 min.... but it didn't come off. Otherwise, this set was reasonably priced and perfect for my needs.

Got these for a gift at Christmas time and really like them a lot. The quality is great, I really do think water boils fast and food cooks quicker than my old stainless steel set. Only reason 4 stars vs 5 is when I wash them in the dishwasher there sometimes is a rust spot on handle or rim/lip. So far I’ve been able to rub it out each time but something I’ll keep an eye on.

This cookware set is an awesome value. I'm a weekend wannabe top chef. These are well made( milled) pots don't scratch my radiant heat glass top stove. They look great and cook food very well. Perfect to hone your stainless steel cooking skills on. The four star rating was due to packaging. Stickers applied to the lids that left adhesive residue, which was a pain to remove. Otherwise a terrific set of cookware.

I was worried to get stainless steel cookware, because I know they don’t like high heat and harder to clean. However, this set is both great quality, easy to clean and does great at low temps but providing high heat to cook food. They are very sturdy and I hope to have them for a very long time! I’m also glad to not worry about nonstick pans anymore flaking off into my food like I had before!

If you are sick of using coated pots and pans, pick Cuisinart’s pots and pans. The heavy bottom disperses the heat so evenly that I made an omelette with my stove on a two. I just heated the plan and dropped my oil ion the fry pan and then the eggs. Quick and delicious with no sticking. Easy cleanup too.

We bought this set of pots and pans to replace an old set. Immediately we noticed the weight. These are very heavy pots and pans! I guess the term “Pro” should tipped us off. The second thing was the handles do get hot so be careful and use a pot holder. Finally, these pots and pans do stain when cooking anything with protein. Not the end of the world. Just sprinkle a little “Bar Keepers Friend” in a wet pot, wipe it down, rinse and dry.

I was so afraid of cooking with the old scratched non-stick pans that I practically stopped eating, thankfully I got these and no longer worry about what is going into my foods! Thank you for making such quality pans that I don't have to worry anymore.

I recently purchased new appliances and the cooktop is induction. I researched cookware for this type of cooktop and the only two brands that I saw come up pretty highly rated were All Clad and this Cuisinart set. From what I read the patent on the All Clad cookware design expired a few years ago so other companies are able to reproduce that technology. The MCP Cuisinart cookware set was my choice for the quality and cost. I have not been disappointed. It performs just as well as the All Clad set does and costs half the money. Definitely the best choice for the money.

Things I love: Pan heats evenly, no hot spots; it is level across the bottom so food doesn't flow away from the center and pool around the edges like many other pans; it is fully clad so food heats up and cooks more quickly; smooth shiny surface makes it easier to clean. Things I don't like: All the handles get hot (lid, main handle, helper handle) so I need pot holders to handle them; the handle is flat and, as heavy as this pan is, the handle should be round (fat not flat) so it's easier to grip while maneuvering the pan.
