They look great, they have a good weight to them, and the heat is really even. They also have a good bounce back time after you add a cooler ingredient. Even though they aren’t non stick, I have not had an issue with sticking by just following the instructions regarding preheating.

I love my new Cuisinart set of pots. I purchased them about 4 weeks ago and do not care to use anything else. I wanted a stainless steel set to get away from the coated pans. We love the size of each pots and fry pans and love the steamer, steams up broccoli and other vegetables just perfect. They are a good weight but not too heavy for seniors to lift and easy to clean. I totally recommend them

Solid heavy cook ware. We have had this for a month and it is working well for our cooking style. Induction burners will boil a quart of water in roughly 3 minutes. We are using a dishwasher to clean the pots and pans without issue. Notice some staining from the dishwasher but it cleans easily with some citric acid. Overall impressed with the set.

I did not have any prior experience cooking with stainless steel, so was a bit nervous to make the switch from non-stick. I chose this set because it got consistently great reviews, and many said it was a good substitute for the much more expensive All-Clad. I am thrilled with my cookware and find it easy to use and easy to clean. I just googled and watched a few YouTube videos on how to cook with stainless, and have not had a single issue with anything sticking, even over easy and scrambled eggs. I love this set so much that I just purchased the 5.5 quart stainless steel casserole pan with cover and I am impressed with it as well. I have used most pieces of this set and find it very versatile and a good deal for the number of pieces included. I have no hesitation recommending this set and will definitely add more of this line to what I own already.

This set is very durable and made well. The pots and pans cook evenly and warm very quickly. I don't like the fact that I need to get use a special cleaner to clean these pots since they are stainless steel they won't look completely clean otherwise. Also, you don't want to use anything that is abrasive since the pans scratch easily.

There is a learning curve. We are cooking on a new induction stove, and first few times the food stuck to the bottom. The heat was too high. Also the pan should be warm before adding food. If food sticks, the pan will spot and to get it shiny again, you need to use a little Bar Keeper’s Friend. Otherwise, they are shiny and bright and if you wipe them while wet, they don’t spot.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My wife and I wanted to move away from using non-stick pans and this 12 piece set has been wonderful to use. The multi-layers help retain heat better than our old non-stick aluminum pans and the food we cook has tasted better (crispy outside while inside is still soft and juicy) while using lower heat. There is a slight learning curve to heat up the pans with medium heat for approx. 3-4 minutes and then lower the heat to low/med-low before adding in your oil or butter. This allows the pores in the metal to close up so food does not bond with the metal surface, which would cause sticking. We have been able to cook all types of food such as various meat/fish, veggies, eggs, sauces/soups, noodles, etc without much issue. There are certain foods that may struggle on stainless like frozen pot stickers, so you may have to try different methods aside from the recommended instructions. Clean up is super easy and any staining or tarnish marks can be removed with some Bar Keeper's Friend. Overall, this 12 piece set covers almost all basic cooking needs and can be supplemented with Cuisinart's other MCP pieces like the larger 12 inch skillet. I would consider this as one of those "buy it for life" type of items that every couple or family should have. 5/5

The pans are so sturdy. They are quite a bit heavier that ones I've had before. They are so pretty too. If you let them air dry they do look spotty so it's best to dry them by hand after washing. They have worked great on my induction range. I really like the steamer basket. It works great.

I've used plenty of other cooking sets in the past and I grew accustomed their gradual failure over a short period of time. Cuisinart and it's stainless steel doesn't do that. It's very clean, feels the heft of quality and craftsmanship. Cleanup is simple and food tastes much better.

I like the even heat distribution and quick response, however, the sensitivity to heat was underrated in the product brochure. It is very easy to burn foods even at a much lower than normal temperature. Cleaning is not as easy nor as effective as one might be led to believe. I have not had any bad scorching or cooking with foods that might etch the surface, yet the insides do not restore to the original luster by following the instructions.
