The software can be a little challenging. It could be better to identify between documents and photos. Once you start scanning you will not be disappointed in the price.

Took a bit to figure out software to download for windows 11 but works great. Huge time saver and restores faded photos. Unit expensive but worth it if have a lot to digitize.

Works well; set up needs internet connection. Instructions clunky but manageable; had to look in different places to find maximum photos/documents allowed in tray (30,60).

An amazing product - easy to set up with the directions and downloading the app. Works fast and color corrects old photos. Very pleased. Have forwarded some files to children. One said "These are treasures".

The scanner is fast. Great for dealing with large numbers of photos. The auto software photo enhancements works great. Highly recommend if you have a few thousand or many thousands of photos to deal with.

Just received the Epson FastFoto FF-680W scanner yesterday. I have tested with multiple photos. It constantly jams up. In scanning some color photos yesterday, they were terrible and not usable. This is a terrible scanner that needs engineering to reengineer it. Software is also poor quality. It looks beautiful, but that's about it. If you really want good quality photos for archiving, this is NOT the product for you

the transaction is not successful due to we use the AE card instead of US debit card, what's problem with it?

Intuitive and easy to use. Great quality scans. I've done more scanning over the past few days than I was able to accomplish over the past year!
