It ran great for 2 weeks, then behan leaking lubricant from the motor. Contacted Lasko warranty dept and they were very helpful. A new one is on it's way. My only disappointment is that it is manufactured *sigh* in China...that is why I cannot give it 5 stars.

I was in Florida a couple months ago and discovered this fan at my aunt's house while visiting. I was so impressed because it felt more like a mini air conditioner rather than a fan. When I got home I ordered two for my house. My best purchase of the year! Even when our A/C unit went out, these kept me cool even through my worst hot flashes! I use one in the living room and one in the bedroom. Highly recommended!!! Love, love, love them!!

I have wanted this fan for a long time. The first time I saw this fan was in a church. They were using 6 of them to move the air. I could feel the air no matter where I was sitting. It blows out real cool air and is so quiet that you can not even hear it running. It has three different speeds and even on the lowest speed you can feel the air from ten feet away. I really like the remote. You can have the fan blow directly on you or use the oscillating feature. Every one in the room can feel the air. This is one of the best fans I have ever purchased.

I am so glad I bought 2 of these fans! They are quiet and very efficient! We have an open living area that is always cooler than the main floor. One fan is positioned to pull that cool air up. The other one is in the bedroom on the opposite end of the house. It pulls the cool air out of the bedroom into the hallway. Having these two fans keeps the air moving so we can keep the a/c on a much higher setting for better efficiency. Best purchase I've made in a long time!

The fan is very quiet, as advertised, most of the time - especially on the medium and low settings. Occasionally it will start making a subtle knocking noise, but it goes away after a while and isn't too noticeable. I've only had it for a couple of weeks, but so far I'm happy.

We bought this fan to replace an old tower fan that had fallen over a few too many times (our yongest child is like a bull in a china shop). This new fan works great, and the throughput of air was more than we were expecting, which was a peasant surprise.

I bought this about a month ago. Has really good air circulation. I bought this to keep the air moving through our upper level rooms, during the hot spells. It is a great aid to our air conditioning that cools, but does not keep the circulating. The fact it is a tower fan we don't have a bulkie item in our room it just blends in with the furniture and takes up little room. I like the fact that the fan is stationary or rotates. It is quiet and I consider it a great purchase

The space this fan takes up is a very small footprint but puts out like like a ceiling fan on high. Not noisy but enough to drowned out any background noise. Another pleasant surprise was how much it swings from side to side in both directions. We liked it so much that every bedroom in the house has one now!!

Really enjoy having this fan to give white noise all night. It's not too loud and with three speeds you can choose the one with the level of fan noise you want. It oscillates, but only about 90 degrees. It would be nice if it had a wider range, but it works great and I love having the remote.

I bought two more of these, one for my daughter and another one for us. They’re a great size for the bedroom and the remote makes it very convenient. It has a timer, 3 speed settings, an ionizer and it oscillates. I have an older model from a couple of years ago and it’s still going strong. Well worth the money.
