Bought in June 2022. Used for the summer and started to use again in June 2023. Now August 2, 2023 I'm having problems. Two days ago the on-off button along with the other buttons do not function. The only way to get it to work is unplug and hope for the best next time. Same thing using the remote. You have to unplug to get it to work each time and then it's only for one cycle. I currently am requesting support from Lasko but don't have high hopes since its 13 months into a 12 month warranty. Someone engineered the planned failures perfectly. All you 5 star reviews, your time is coming.

I never read the reviews since I was buying from Sam’s Club because they normally only carry the best. Worst mistake. Bought 4 and just like everyone else 6 months later 3 of 4 stopped working. Will light up but fan doesn’t come on. Did the trouble shooting suggested online. No luck. I never write reviews so please seriously don’t buy this fan.

I got a dud, i really wanted to like this fan. It put out a good amount of air and contains nice features for tower fan. However, every time I turned it on, even at the lowest setting, all I could hear was the fan vibrating. I do not require complete silence from a fan, but this was unbearable and had to be returned. Ultimately, this is a nice fan, but not comfortable trying another.

Purchased 4 fans May 2022 only 1 still works. I gave 2 to my mom, after her passing in January 2023 I realized both were no longer working. August 2022 she told me one stopped working and i figured she was mistaken, she wasn't. Out of the 4, 3 are no longer working. Our fan went out early June 2023. They didn't even last a year. Purchase something else.

I had the predecessor of this tower fan for almost 8 years, till finally on Hi I wasn't getting any air. Then I found this one and I'm not disappointed, and the features for the timer and night time settings are nice to. As for quietness, I'm very pleased, on low is almost silent, and on Hi while you can hear it, it's almost unnoticeable. With a TV on, you don't even hear it. Overall I'm very pleased, ordered on Thursday got it Sunday!!!

Fan works as designed for a tower fan, HOWEVER, there is an electronic humming noise that can be heard over the air movement on speeds 1 and 2, which are the speeds you would normally use in a bedroom. The humming is too annoying, even when I used the fan in my home office, so I ended up returning both fans that I had purchased. For those that want a lot of air movement, you are not going to get as much air movement with a tower fan, than you would with a "regular" circular fan. Just a fact with the design.

I love this fan. Bought it for my master bedroom which is huge. I have central air but it doesn’t cool upstairs effectively by itself. I was using a box fan at night but had to put it on a stand in and it didn’t oscillate so I wanted something like this instead. Enter the Lasko. The highest setting can be felt all over the whole room and oscillation makes it even better. I love the remote because I can turn it on and off from bed or adjust the speed. I had to put black duct tape over the display because it was too bright at night but that’s my only complaint. The high setting is also on the louder side but I don’t mind because I need white noise to sleep. If you need dead quiet this isn’t the fan for you. 5/5 stars.

Had nothing but problems with this fan right out of the box. The speed keeps changing by itself. I'll leave it on 3 because it doesn't move much air. When I look a little later it will be on 2 and will go down to 1 by itself with no one changing the speed. A piece of junk!

I just bought this fan 2 days ago and I'm glad I did. The base is super easy to put together and is sturdy on my carpet. The highest setting of 4 is perfect if you want to feel like your outside on a cold, windy day. I did not so I have it down to 1 which works perfectly to keep me cool (my AC is set at 72). The

Very pleased with fan overall. The height, oscillation, footprint, overall noise, etc. is perfect for my needs. However, it looses one star, because the display is much too bright even on the dim setting at night. The difference between full brightness and the dimmed setting is laughable (it’s like the difference between 345-degrees versus 350-degrees in the oven—basically nothing). Because it meets all my needs otherwise I will most likely cover the display with light blocking film.
