I bought one of these and was so impressed, I went back and bought 2 more. Wen I got them out of winter storage, one of them would not turn on. I had not bought the extended warrantee so I almost threw it away but decided to contact Lasko instead. With my receipt and a picture of the fan, they replaced it for free within just a few days! I will be a loyal Lasko user! Highly recommend both the quality and service!

I love this fan. Bought it for my master bedroom which is huge. I have central air but it doesn’t cool upstairs effectively by itself. I was using a box fan at night but had to put it on a stand in and it didn’t oscillate so I wanted something like this instead. Enter the Lasko. The highest setting can be felt all over the whole room and oscillation makes it even better. I love the remote because I can turn it on and off from bed or adjust the speed. I had to put black duct tape over the display because it was too bright at night but that’s my only complaint. The high setting is also on the louder side but I don’t mind because I need white noise to sleep. If you need dead quiet this isn’t the fan for you. 5/5 stars.

I use this fan daily and love that it has a remote control and that you can change the speed, ionization, and power on or off from the comfort of your couch, chair, or bed. Nice and powerful when on the lower setting of 1. I'm thinking of getting another one for the living room.

It was easy to assemble - essentially just needed to put the base on and plug in. Settings 1-4 with 4 being the highest. While it does have a good, cool air flow, the highest setting, 4, is not as high as I'd like it to be especially for summer in the Midwest. I'd need to have the fan very close to me to really feel the air flow like I want to. I enjoy the remote that comes with it. Looks nice also. Just needs higher air flow.

Nice air movement, however no fan on any speed should HUM loudly like you are standing next to an electrical transformer! I read all of the reviews, sounded like a great deal to replace an old Lasko pedestal fan that stopped working this week. The good news is that it easily disassembles and goes back into the box to be returned to Sam’s Club. Very disappointed - I’ll stick with an old 12” table fan that I found in the basement... it’s quieter.

This fan puts out great airflow, looks sleek, and was a great price. However, the fan has a horrible hum sound. I don’t notice it as much during the day but the sound makes for a miserable nights sleep. I normally love the sound of a floor fan but this fan has an odd mechanical high pitched sound. I couldn’t even make it through one night with the sound of this fan. Also, the fan speed number on the display panel is ridiculously bright. I don’t understand why a fan needs such a large display of the fan speed. This fan is being returned ASAP!

I just bought this fan 2 days ago and I'm glad I did. The base is super easy to put together and is sturdy on my carpet. The highest setting of 4 is perfect if you want to feel like your outside on a cold, windy day. I did not so I have it down to 1 which works perfectly to keep me cool (my AC is set at 72). The

Very pleased with fan overall. The height, oscillation, footprint, overall noise, etc. is perfect for my needs. However, it looses one star, because the display is much too bright even on the dim setting at night. The difference between full brightness and the dimmed setting is laughable (it’s like the difference between 345-degrees versus 350-degrees in the oven—basically nothing). Because it meets all my needs otherwise I will most likely cover the display with light blocking film.

Had nothing but problems with this fan right out of the box. The speed keeps changing by itself. I'll leave it on 3 because it doesn't move much air. When I look a little later it will be on 2 and will go down to 1 by itself with no one changing the speed. A piece of junk!

Bought in June 2022. Used for the summer and started to use again in June 2023. Now August 2, 2023 I'm having problems. Two days ago the on-off button along with the other buttons do not function. The only way to get it to work is unplug and hope for the best next time. Same thing using the remote. You have to unplug to get it to work each time and then it's only for one cycle. I currently am requesting support from Lasko but don't have high hopes since its 13 months into a 12 month warranty. Someone engineered the planned failures perfectly. All you 5 star reviews, your time is coming.
