[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Shark ION Robot Vacuum robot comes with a pretty simple app. I was pretty disappointed the app does not offer the feature that I could not track the history where the robot actually vacuums after it finishes. This is important to see if the robot misses any spot/area because it does not go in sequence like other robot, and it's hard to tell the logic behind its moves. Another thing I do not like about it is that it bumps into everything, which is pretty annoying. However, I have to say it picks up dusts and pet hair very well, and it works very well on our plush step rug (which my other robot cannot). That's why I still recommend this if you have a rug that your other robot cannot work on like mine, really a great helping hand.

I wanted to have a robot vacuum cleaner for a long time and I couldn't risk buying one. It's so good, it's actually a second helper in the family. I'm currently pregnant and had a really hard time cleaning the house with the vacuum cleaner, but now I turned it on, connected the app and it started cleaning the house. It does not leave dust anywhere, it works very quietly, for itself. It's very smart, definitely buy it, you won't regret it and you'll be more relaxed. Thank you very much for this gift

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have always seen these Vacuums at the store or at someone's house but never thought I would get one. I am pleased we did as it is truly is a nice luxury to have. We set it off when we leave the house and come home to it charging back up. We have two kids and a dog, plus people coming over all the time so the floors can get pretty dirty in between cleanings. Setup was very easy, and we have the docking station in our laundry room which isn't quite in the middle of the house as suggested but the Shark Ion finds its way home.

Works great and does not harm or damage your furniture. Has very powerful suction to pick up pet hair and debris as well. You can program it from your phone or Alexa works good. Does amazing job! Very pleased with the Shark Robot vacuum makes my life easier!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a couple other vacuums, a big pull-behind, and a portable stick…we have only had the shark Robot for 2 days, and it’s already my favorite. It does an above average job picking up light gravel near our doors, and an excellent job picking up dog hair. This robot goes over hard floors, rugs, and small thresholds. It has sensors to not fall down stairs. It maneuvers itself very well in our house.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this vacuum! I’ve had 2 other prior robot vacuums to compare to in a similar price range, and this is by far the best. First off, the app is incredibly easy to use, quick set up, and I appreciate it’s from a company like shark so I’m a little more comfortable downloading it to my phone. And I love that I can run it remotely anywhere via the app. As far as cleaning goes, I’m impressed. Yes it does the random movements that robot vacuums do that make you think “how will it possibly get everywhere?” But I’m pretty impressed by its cleaning. The two pictures in my review are before and after from the vacuum’s first run. I targeted this area to see how successful it was getting up close to the edges. As you can see, it was no problem for the vacuum. All the dog hair was gone! It’s also easy to empty and doesn’t fall down my stairs. Yes it will bump into things, but I’ve been able to work in the same room as it runs. It’s not that loud. For the price, I don’t think you can do better than this vacuum. And even if you want to spend more, I’d stick with a shark model. The simplicity and effectiveness can’t be beat!

We have a couple of cats that love to shed, so I knew this unit would have a big job ahead. We also have a combination of hardwood, tile, and laminate floors. I was concerned that would be an issue, but it has worked like a charm. I highly recommend this product!

Just pair to app or use voice control and let the vacuum clean. I have only used it in carpet, I will used it on hardwood floor next. I expect great results.

I had just cleaned so I didn’t expect much in the tray. I also have a dog, and I couldn’t believe my eyes when I emptied the tray!!! It picked up SO much stuff that my eyes couldn’t see!!! It also gets into and under most everything my regular vacuum can’t! This vacuum is AMAZING and easy to set up as well as very through in my home. I absolutely LOVE IT!!
