[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This happens to be my second shark robot vac. My first one stopped working after 6 months. I have been trying for the last three days to set it up and it is not working so I can use the app. I was able to run it by pressing the button. I was hoping that it would have been quieter than it was.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Everyone loves a tool that can help you reduce the amount of time sweeping or vacuuming . Upon arriving the set up is pretty simple once out the box and set to the charger it needs to sit for 3 hours prior to being used. It requests about 3x5 feet of open space. I didn’t exactly have that available so it was a little difficult to find the best suitable area for the vacuum. There’s an app to download to connect to wifi - where you can name the robot and even control the cleaning directly from your phone . It’s still learning my house after an hour of running and seems to bump into a lot of walls- doesn’t go in straight lines but more of random circles or directions around the house. This leaves spaces untreated. - overall I’m happy and pleased with the vacuum. Have no had to empty yet hoping that process is just as easy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Shark Ion Robot vacuum is a great tool in helping keep my home clean. With two dogs, cleaning can be a huge chore. I found myself vacuuming almost daily, until I received a Shark Ion Robot vacuum. Now, my Shark does all the work for me either when I’m away from home or during the night while everyone is asleep. The Shark can be easily set up to work remotely through the handy phone app. The app is very easy to download and navigate. I had no problem getting the app up and running quickly. Then, I set up a regular schedule for my Shark to clean every morning at 6am. That way my floors are freshly cleaned every morning when I wake up. Maintaining the Shark is very easy also. You simply empty the bin when it’s full and clean the brushes and contacts every week. I love the convenience the Shark Ion Robot vacuum brings to my life and my home. I really just don’t know how I lived without it!

I like that I can start it and see how long it's been going with the app. I also like that I can schedule cleaning jobs. My only con is that cleans in a random pattern. So I have a feeling it has to be missing spots

The product picks up dirt without an issue and didnt get stuck anywhere like my old one would. Only thing that bothered me is the productdidnt vacuum in straight line patterns, which was expected

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first time using a robot vacuum and let me tell you something, I never imagine this will be an amazing helper for me! This shark robot cleans so good my floors and light carpets! I use it everyday and always picks up lots of dust, hairs and more!! Its easy to clean after use it. I have a cat and I suffer from allergies myself and can’t believe how much dust and pet hair I use to have in my house. In the future I definitely will buy another Shark vacuum robot and recommend it to anyone, it’s a must have for your house! The only thing I can say is even though I use it everyday, still bumps in my furniture; its supposed to “learn” your floor plan but it didn’t. Overall, I love it and highly recommended it!! We got full charge its easy you just set it on docking station. I had lil problem getting it set up with my wifi but it ended up being on our end. We let her go its works great easy to use and program plus as a bonus you get to name your vacuum!!!!!

First off, I absolutely love new technology. This robot vacuum cuts my cleaning time in half. It is easy to put together and use. You can use the manual button to turn on and run the vacuum or use the app to work. It does pick up dirt well with the normal mode, but I prefer to use the Max button to get a deeper clean. The only issue I had was connecting the vacuum to wifi, it took several try’s to connect, which was very frustrating. I also think the sensor does not work well, as it constantly bumps into things several times and takes a very long time to find the base to charge when the vacuum is complete. The structure is very durable and just the right size to fit anywhere in your home.
