It does an amazing job getting dust, loose dog hairs and bits of leaves that sometimes get tracked into the living room by my dogs. It's super easy to get going right out of the box after a 3 hr charge. It's quiet. I barely even know it's running. The only issue I have is the app. It doesn't connect. No amount of restarting the Shark, the app, my phone, or our router can make this connect. I think that's an app issue not the Shark vac. My kids have taken to calling the Shark vac Bob. And he got a pair of googly eyes stickers sometime in the past two days 😂 I love this little robot.

My second counts it’s third year, cleans well but gets tired fast and requires recharge. My third one was “everything in once” super smart almost human. I love it with all my heart, even though price was very very high. This Shark can’t take its place due to basic features and leaving all corners dusty. But it costs 3 times less. Which makes it very good quality for such affordable price. I would say it works for ppl who will clean up their spaces regularly but still need vacuum to keep it clean in between. It’s like a basic build of low priced well known and trusted brand car. It gets you from A to B but you know that the car can do much more but not willing to pay for it.

The box includes the robot vacuum, the docking station, 2 side brushes, and the manuals. It’s very easy to set up. First, make sure to remove all the plastic from the robot vacuum and the dock. Second, make sure to set up the docking station adjacent to the wall. Third, charge the vacuum before the first use. Fourth, download the SharkClean App in your phone, then pair it with the vacuum. The guide how to pair is on the manual. Once paired and charged, it’s good to go. Pros: It’s easy to set up. The quality is good, this seems sturdy. The suction is really good. You can adjust it from Eco, Normal, or Max. It has the Tri-Brush System, combining side brushes, channel brushes, and a multi-surface brushroll to handle debris on all surfaces, corners, and edges. This is ideal for home with pets like us, as it’s good in sucking up dirt, and pet hair. You can also use the SharkClean app or Alexa to start cleaning or control your vacuum. It’s really helpful in maintaining a clean home. Cons: This doesn’t generate a map, so you can’t set up a no-go zone. You have to make sure that all wires and stuff aren’t scattered on the floor. Meaning floors needs cleared before you can use this. Also, you have to empty it manually.

It is good for dust and small clean ups, not for heavy duty cleaning. I love it since it goes under the couches and picks up the dust, without the need to move the couches. I would definitely recommend.

This robot vacuum by Shark is impressive in the cleaning performance and also noise level. I find that it’s very easy to maintain, and I only need to dump it after each session. The suction power seems good at picking up dust and weaker at picking up hair. We have a hardwood floor downstairs and that works very well for it and it is also where we keep it. It lasts enough to vacuum our downstairs and so we have no problems with the battery life. We use it once a week when we’re not downstairs and it seems clean enough that we only deep clean once a month. I think it’s affordable and also helps unload some chores so it’s very helpful!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Shark Ion Robot vacuum is a great tool in helping keep my home clean. With two dogs, cleaning can be a huge chore. I found myself vacuuming almost daily, until I received a Shark Ion Robot vacuum. Now, my Shark does all the work for me either when I’m away from home or during the night while everyone is asleep. The Shark can be easily set up to work remotely through the handy phone app. The app is very easy to download and navigate. I had no problem getting the app up and running quickly. Then, I set up a regular schedule for my Shark to clean every morning at 6am. That way my floors are freshly cleaned every morning when I wake up. Maintaining the Shark is very easy also. You simply empty the bin when it’s full and clean the brushes and contacts every week. I love the convenience the Shark Ion Robot vacuum brings to my life and my home. I really just don’t know how I lived without it!

I have hardwood floors, carpet, and tile, it does them all! With Shark being electric and docking itself, and you can set timers for automatic start. I couldn't be happier.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a “bounce” navigation vacuum that runs into things and turns and hits more things. I feel like I really had to baby sit it, so I didn’t exactly get anything additional done while it was running. As to be expected, it’s not as strong as a full size either. It was also noisy as it ran into things. I was pleasantly surprised that my cat wasn’t afraid of it. I’m not sure I would recommend this model, I think the mapping ones are better.
