Stopped working

Received product two weeks ago. All working well until yesterday. No sound now. Cannot get TVARC to show in source any longer. Checked connections and all is good, turned sound bar and TV off and on, still nothing. Tried an optical cable and does work with that. Possibly the HDMI Arc cable supplied with unit is bad, Apparently I will return the unit

Very impressive for just a sound bar

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great bass and very clear sound and all I have is the soundbar with built in subwoofer. Definitely worth the buy was mainly used for music indoors or out. But would sometimes hook it up to my Playstation while playing games.

confused

I was tired of the crappy tv speakers. So I started to look at home theaters and sound bars. Trying to figure out the difference between them. Not sure if I did. I was doing research Thru the internet and asking ppl I know, what there opinions. Should I buy one to match my tv brand or pick another brand.with no idea I bought this one. Opened the box and set it up. Simple. Trying to set up the sub woofer was a lil difficult. Once I figured out the woofer needed to be close to the bar.boom got it. Sounds good and Bluetooth Thru my phone to play music is a bonus. I used the HDMI cable to hook it up. I did not want the lag with the sound and picture.happy so far but it's only been a few hours

Quit working after a year

Worked OK for 12 months and then the subwoofer module quit playing sound about a month after the warranty ran out. Going to try opening it up to see if there's a bad connection in the base unit. If not, it's going into the trash and I'll be looking for a different brand of speaker.

Great choice for TVs w/ basic speakers!

For being so thin the sound bar sounds great, especially while playing music! I bought this for my mom who has a little difficulty hearing dialog, so I needed a sound bar with a center channel and this one does the trick. The only drawback is the bass isn't quite as deep as I hoped for but once you turn it all the way down you absolutely can hear the difference w/o it, so it does give the audio some depth. The only other negative is the buttons on the remote are a little wonky to use, not your normal up/down volume buttons. It was $100 bucks off when I got it and I'd say well worth what I paid for it.

Doesn't even work straight out of the box

I just bought the soundbar, and because of the packaging I could not get it out without damaging the packaging so I cannot take it back to the store. Instead I have to send it to be repaired and that cost me 30 dollars to have it packed. The unit itself would not emit a sound it just kept going back to tv speakers every time. So now I have neither one and it is wait and see , never again.
