We use to have a cheap vacuum that I had to run over the carpets 2 or 3 times to get everything out and clean. This one, NOPE! ONCE over and its gone like POOF! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Where do I start, this vacuum has surpassed my expectations in many ways! First of all the color is gorgeous, mine is a deep purple and beautiful, who doesn't like to have a stylish vacuum? We have carpet in our living room and laminate wood flooring in our kitchen, this vacuum has a button to press for carpet flooring and you can release the button to do hardwood floors with a simple push, it's very convenient to be able to switch from carpet to wood flooring instead of needing to switch to another product. The lift away feature is amazing, I can press the lift-away button to release the pod for cleaning my stairs it makes it lighter and easier to hold and handle with carrying it up and down the stairs while vacuuming. My old vacuum never had lights, and boy what a difference it makes to have lights to see the area in front of you while vacuuming! This vacuum has a little switch where the suction can be altered for complete suction it is closed, and you can slide the bar to the left to open it up for a little less suction, I find on carpet I like to have complete suction, however on rugs and my wood flooring I like to have less suction so the rug does not get sucked up or move while cleaning it. Having long hair I have always needed to get a scissors to cut the hair that gets wrapped around the brushroll and it would stop spinning, with this vacuum it has a self cleaning brushroll and it is amazing! The self cleaning brushroll has worked wonders around my home, it definitely does not wrap hair around the brush like others I have used in the past. As you can see in the picture I attached, it is unbelievable the amount of hair and dirt that this vacuumed picked up after only cleaning a quarter of my carpet, I was amazed and a little disgusted at the same time. This vacuum will last a long time, and I have faith that it will continue to run like new. What are you waiting for? Order it and see how amazing this vacuum really is!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this vacuum for about a month. And use it daily. It is a total game changer. If you have a pet this is a must have. We have 2 dogs and 3 cats. So I vacuum a few times a day. This thing is great. It is easy to use and will vacuum up every single hair. Rather it be on my carpet or couch .And even works on my hardwood floor. Its was easy to figure out all of the different things it does. I have tried hundreds of vacums and this is by far my favorite. It basically cleans itself. Love it. I highly recommend it!

Between the two animals, there is every shape and size of dog hair in my home, and keeping the fur and dander at bay feels like my part-time job. So, for its suction power alone, I'm thrilled with the Shark Rotator Lift-Away DuoClean Pro! It has so much more suction than my old vacuum (which was a "pet vacuum"). In fact, I have to be careful using it on rugs because they can get sucked up! There are so many reasons to love the Rotator. Assembly was super-simple, and the pieces snap together securely but release easily, too. The Rotator is easy to maneuver into tight corners and under furniture, and it sucks up everything in its path. I wasn't sure what “Self-Cleaning Brushroll” meant until I saw that hair does not get tangled around the brushroll at all! I'm used to having to clean off the brushroll myself, so I really appreciate this feature. The Lift-Away pod is amazing for stairs, furniture, even drapery; I was able to easily detach the pod on my first try. So simple! My carpet has never looked this clean, and my hardwood floors are spotless. The amount of fur and dirt in the canister after just one quick use is astounding (see photo). I've owned, and loved, other Shark vacuums but this one is extra-amazing. It comes with an array of attachments; I love the upholstery tool and the pet power brush. Dare I say it? The Shark Rotator makes vacuuming easy and fun!

We just used it for the first time and my carpet looks totally new. This thing sucked up dirty I didn't even know was in our carpets. I'm so in love, I especially love that it has a lift away feature for stairs. This makes life so much easier.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Whoever designed this vacuum should win an award. I have an affinity for gadgets that extends to vacuums. I have tried them all. I have used uprights, handhelds, robots, etc. Without a doubt, this one takes the prize. The nuance is in its versatility. This vacuum can clean both hard wood flooring and carpeting. It also gives you the ability to adjust the suction depending on the surface you're covering. Without a doubt the best feature is the lift away component. The option to essentially make this into a handheld device for stairs and other hard to clean areas is epic! It is still heavier than a traditional handheld vacuum, but it's also significantly more powerful. You also have the option of using the wand (and any of it's many attachments) for cleaning exclusively. The best part is that this product is designed to allow smooth transitions between the various functions. As if that wasn't enough, it is easy to setup, maneuver, clean, and store. It does a spectacular job of capturing dust and has lights to help guide you to anything you may have missed. It is efficient and makes the job go by quickly. Highly recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So ive have owned a Shark vacuum for years and years and that one has help up so much more impressively than I would have ever thought. After 5 years I wanted to try the latest and greatest and WOW am I impresses. This vacuum has everything! Like every bell and whistle that you could ever need an then some that you didn't even know you needed until you have them! I love all the attachment options and the light at the bottom so you can actually see what you are vacuuming up. The only thing is that the range of motion can sometimes be a little too much and after a while is kind of hard on the wrist (trying to keep it straight) and prevent it from doing its own thing. I hope this is just user error but if you have a bad wrist I would keep this in mind. Other than that I love love love it!
