And while I have just complete a full bottle, I have not yet seen the full benefits, but I think, with continued use, I will. I don't just use collagen for beauty, I also use it for my joints. In that area, I have noticed some difference. And I do love that they're gluten free as this is a diet restriction for me.

I was super excited to try out these gummies because they’re much easier to take and add into my routine. They taste great and it has simplified my routine in the morning. These gummies are more affordable than the powder supplement I was using previously too!

These taste great and if collagen doesn’t break you out usually you’re probably fine but it was just a no for me. i did give them to my roommate to try and he didn’t have any sort of reaction.

This gummy has a good amount of hydrolyzed collagen with a low amount of carbohydrates. It's nice that they have no gluten, wheat, yeast, milk, lactose, soy or artificial flavors. I would recommend Nature's Truth Beauty Collagen Type 1 + 3 Gummies to anyone looking for a collagen supplement.
