[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The first thing that I noticed when I received the bottle was that the gummies were all loose and it wasn't a big clump like I sometimes worry about with gummy supplements. The taste is great, not too sweet, but very pleasant. The texture feels like a fruit snack to me, which I love. As far as the benefits, I understand that collagen is important, especially for my skin as I age. I notice a very slight glow in my skin, but look forward to taking these long term to really see the positive effects. I have also noticed that my nails seem a bit stronger, not so easy to break.

They taste like an all day snack but please do not eat them like candy lol. I have noticed since taking them I am not as sore post workout. And also my hair seems to be slowly filling in where it was thin at.

It is supposed to give your skin a glow and I I guess it did a little bit. They had a good taste and they were not very sweet and easy to take.
