I'm so glad that I added them to my wellness routine. I was not aware of the different collagen types until I tried this supplement. Collagen types 1 & 3 support healthy hair, skin, and nails. I have been looking for a supplement with these benefits that tastes good and I have found it! I have definitely noticed the benefits since taking them for a month. They taste like an all day snack but please do not eat them like candy lol. I have noticed since taking them I am not as sore post workout.
