Shipment came quickly with no damage to product. Easy to install. Included label to send old cartridge back in the same box for recycling.

I think it's terrible that I have to pay higher prices for an HP toner because nothing else will work in my printer.

Very reasonable price. This printer has a fast feeder for copying and reliable color and black printing. Perfect for my small CPA practice.

Does what is expected, but at an extraordinarily high price! If it were competitively priced, you would sell substantially more printers!

HP is a great company to deal with. My ink came in 2 days. It was the only replacement ink cartridge that I could find online that had what I needed. It was easy to order through their app.

I was a little nervous about replacing the toner, since the printer is new and I never did it. I have to say it was so easy! and I was able to send the old cartridge back at no cost to have it recycled. Win Win!!
