I received a reimbursement for this product to leave an honest review: The Hummus was good, but as someone else commented, something seemed a little off. Not sure if it was the tomato/basil flavoring, or the hummus itself. To me, it almost tasted like it was old, although the "best by" date was good for about two months. The name brand I usually purchase is routinely on sale for less than the Member's Mark at a local grocery. (Usually 2 for $5.00.) So personally, not something I would likely purchase again.

I have received reimbursement for this review. I love hummus and this one does not disappoint! The flavor is robust and you can really tell that it is tomato basil. The one thing that would make it better would be some sundried tomatoes on the top that you could stir into the product. I have been eating it with naan and carrots, Love!!

We always enjoy the red pepper hummus from Sam's (and it's in a bigger container), but I was interested in trying this. I was worried the flavor would be too far a departure from the red pepper flavor. It has a great tomato basil flavor and paired very well with our chips.

Tomato makes most Foods delicious and so does basil. This seems like a very interesting variation on the regular chickpea hummus. But when I purchased it and ate it it was flavorless. I had to mix pasta sauce to add the tomato flavoring and also dried Basin from our plant which unfortunately since it is winter only had dried leaves on it. That I had to add sriracha sauce too. Why did I need to go through all that trouble? I could have taken garbanzo beans put it through the blender and then added all the ingredients for a fraction of the price.

To me, store bought hummus has some pretty weird tang and after taste. For the price of this hummus, I decided to give it a try. Boy! was I amazed! first off you get the nice flavor of the tomatoes then the basil. The tomato was not tangy but tasted fresh, then the subtle hint of the basil. I tasted this hummus using fresh naan bread. No bad after taste, no overpowering flavor undertones. The best part? My husband likes it too!! If you like hummus, I definitely recommend this Tomato and Basil hummus.

Does have the same creamy consistency of other hummus I have purchased. I would want to pair it with a charcuterie board just to have an alternative taste. Note: I did only pair this with a pita cracker to get the full flavor and not any vegetables. I like the flavor, but it's not something I would seek out to buy often.

It's not an overwhelming flavor, but I like that you can taste the tomato and basil very distinctively. I tend to eat hummus with pita or naan bread, so I picked up the member's mark brand of naan, and it was such a good combo! I'm so happy I found a new go-to for hummus that doesn't break the bank!

It is good to use as a dip with crackers, veggies, bread, or as a side dish on it's own. I like the consistency and the value is amazing. This has been added to my rotation of Go Tos on my shipping trips.

I love hummus, maybe too much. And honestly this flavor wasn't my favorite flavor. The basil and the tomato were a little overpowering? It was stranger than I thought it would be. Love the garlic, the red pepper, everything bagel, jalapeno... I wanted to love this, but sadly, did not.
