To me, store bought hummus has some pretty weird tang and after taste. For the price of this hummus, I decided to give it a try. Boy! was I amazed! first off you get the nice flavor of the tomatoes then the basil. The tomato was not tangy but tasted fresh, then the subtle hint of the basil. I tasted this hummus using fresh naan bread. No bad after taste, no overpowering flavor undertones. The best part? My husband likes it too!! If you like hummus, I definitely recommend this Tomato and Basil hummus.

I tired it on several different chips and crackers. The , tomato is mild not over powering, the basil flavor was just right and the consistency of the dip was excellent, not gritty like some Hummus dips. I highly recommend for snacking, guests. appetizers, tailgating or any other occassion.

Does have the same creamy consistency of other hummus I have purchased. I would want to pair it with a charcuterie board just to have an alternative taste. Note: I did only pair this with a pita cracker to get the full flavor and not any vegetables. I like the flavor, but it's not something I would seek out to buy often.

I love hummus, maybe too much. And honestly this flavor wasn't my favorite flavor. The basil and the tomato were a little overpowering? It was stranger than I thought it would be. Love the garlic, the red pepper, everything bagel, jalapeno... I wanted to love this, but sadly, did not.

We are a humus loving family and I was so excited to see this new variety at our local club a few weeks ago. My husband loves tomato basil soup, so I really thought this would be a winner. Unfortunately, it was just OK. Something about the taste just didn't "hit"...maybe the expectation was too high. Some folks may love it, but we won't be purchasing this flavor again. We love the roasted red pepper variety and will stick with that one.
