I tired it on several different chips and crackers. The , tomato is mild not over powering, the basil flavor was just right and the consistency of the dip was excellent, not gritty like some Hummus dips. I purchased this hummus dip and I absolutely love it. My husband takes some to work as something to snack on with pretzels. Our kids enjoy it with carrots and celery, and I also used it as spread on our sandwiches and it was delicious. I recommend, and for only $3.97 that is a great deal. This hummus is perfectly flavorful and smooth with roasted tomatoes through out. Great for dipping, spreading, and sandwiches. I will be purchasing again!

There is good flavor as well, I like getting the actual pieces of tomato. It could use some more spices, but I think it works well as a base and allows you to use different chips/breads to change flavors.

We are a humus loving family and I was so excited to see this new variety at our local club a few weeks ago. My husband loves tomato basil soup, so I really thought this would be a winner. Unfortunately, it was just OK. Something about the taste just didn't "hit"...maybe the expectation was too high. Some folks may love it, but we won't be purchasing this flavor again. We love the roasted red pepper variety and will stick with that one.

Weird taste. I like hummus, but this has a weird after taste. I can’t place the taste because it doesn’t taste like basil. It also upset my stomach and I kept burping it up.
