He will sit there with a spoon and the cup and just eat them and lemme tell ya they are gone in less than 3 minutes lol I buy them whenever u can for my kids but my oldest always scarfs them down. They're sweet and have a wonderful crunch and the convenience of being able to buy them in a cup?!? LIFESAVER! I couldn't tell you the messes I've made in my kitchen prying seeds out of whole pomegranates lol it's tough. These cups are also great to put in their lunches which is a good healthy alternative I love!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the cup for the ez on the go take along. This packs a punch with a tangy, sweet & sour taste. They have very small seeds inside each one. I love to incorporate these seeds mixed in with a salad giving off a fresh smell. It lasted a while to my surprise after I opened it and did not spoil. I was able to use half for a salad topping and just eat the other half as a snack for my lunch. Did I mention this is so beneficial to eat for a whole host of heath benefits.

It is good option for to-go. You can eat it as is or add in a salad, dessert or maybe just make a nice refreshing juice from it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] pomegranate is so delicious but i always feel like it is so much work to cut it open and get all the edible parts separate from the rest. this is perfect! they’re delicious and flavorful. you can use them to top salads, fruit mix, or just by the spoonful like me. the only reason i took a star away is because they didn’t stay super fresh after i opened them for one day so they didn’t save well.

I decided to make a light lunch using some toasted, sliced baguettes, ricotta cheese, the pomegranate seeds and drizzled with some hot honey. It hit all of the flavor profiles, crunchy and smooth; tangy, sweet and hot. I can't wait to keep trying out new ways to use these

They're always consistently great and the packaging that highlights that classic pomegranate color is a nice touch.

I love the taste, texture, and flavor of POM Wonderful Pomegranate Arils, Ready to Eat Pomegranate Seeds. They are tangy sweet, just like the fresh seeds of the fruit I remember from my childhood. These crunchy arils are a healthy snack plain straight from the cup. They are also very versatile for sweet and savory treats. I would like for the easy peel lid to be truly resealable to keep the arils fresher between uses. Note: They are a tad pricey with a short, two week refrigerator shelf-life.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had the opportunity to try the POM wonderful Pomegranate arils with a gift card I was provided with by Influenster in exchange for my review. I bought it and went home and opened it and it smelled so bad I had to throw it away. The fruit itself didn’t look bad when I grabbed it but opening it you could tell it wasn’t fresh. They sold me spoiled fruit and I couldn’t get past the smell to even stir it enough to get a very detailed picture. Definitely will not buy these. There is nothing fresh about them.
