I love the ease of the container and how easy it was to store. I added it to my cranberry sauce this year for Thanksgiving and it came out amazing! It added an extra sweet flavor and it made the sauce a beautiful dark color. Definitely recommend these and will continue to buy them!

I love the convenience of the lidded cup because it makes it perfect for in the go snacking. The portion size is great and there is no aftertaste. The seeds stay fresh in the resealable cup. I put this in my yogurt when I have my light vanilla yogurt with blueberries and pomegranates and just a smidge or sprinkle of granola. I was delightfully surprised by how fresh they tasted. They still felt like the popped in my mouth and only a small amount of liquid was at the bottom. I prefer fresh but if you don’t have time to get the seeds out yourself, this is a good alternative!
